Why do you like Valentina? She’s so mean
ufff i haven’t logged in such a long time but since you asked i might as well just write a whole essay.anyways, i don’t believe valentina is mean, she’s the nicest person i have ever seen i am not saying it just bc of what i see of her online but her fans are always telling stories of how nice she is in person. i know she has done things that angered a lot of people and i did not let those things slide just like that, i was able to tell her how i felt about her actions and she replied with the nicest things that made me love her even more. shes not mean, she just has bad days like anybody else and also try to put yourself in her shoes, being so loved and famous seems like something that can lift you up but also bring you down.
the reason why i like valentina isn’t just bc she is nice or bc she is beautiful, it’s also bc she is bringing so much representation to the latinx community i didn’t know i needed. especially bc she embraces it so much and i admire her bc ive been wanting to embrace my culture like she does and she just brings so much joy to my life. her performances are so amazing and believe it or not i tear up every time i watch them. I’m so happy i was able to find her bc she is one of my inspirations.
i know many people don’t see it and still dislike her bc of what happened in drag race and all the drama, but people grow and learn from their mistakes and she has done so. she will continue to make mistakes just like any human being and we have to accept its just like anyone else. i don’t want to force anyone into liking her but at least give her an opportunity to show you all the talent that she has, shes so open minded and so smart, you wont regret it even just watch a performance and don’t believe everything you see online.
i really hope i get the opportunity to meet her so i can come tell you all how amazing she is, ah okay that’s all, thank you for coming to my ted talk.
