OPEN || People Watching
Romeo looked up at the sound of a voice, his pen lifting from the paper as he grinned at the cute lady standing next to him. “You absolutely may,” he said, shifting over slightly to make room for her (even though there was technically enough room already).
"There are a fair amount of seats around," Romeo pointed out. "Was the attraction too much to handle?"
Sitting, she crossed one leg over the other, her heel dangling and only staying on due to the strap across the top of her foot. She laughed. “More like it’s no fun being alone in the middle of New York,” she smirked. “Although,” she added, only now taking in the looks of the other, “You aren’t all that bad-looking, are you?”
"Oh," Romeo exclaimed, his ears heating up. "I'm so glad you noticed. I could say the same for you."
He let out a laugh and shrugged. "As for being alone in the middle of New York - it's not exactly the friendliest city, you know? Pretty hard to feel welcome. No matter how crowded the place is."
