being playing Hell Maiden for some days by now and god i love this game. Like, for real, this game is amazing. Funny, really good, hard and full of yuri.

the game is great, really great. Gameplay wise, Hell Maiden plays like vampire survivors, but with more depth, a lot more depth. Is a different version of the divine comedy, where everyone is a woman, literally everyone, including god (funny lore detail, everyone is a woman in this game because in the afterlife god force-femmes you hahaha)

But yeah, the game is great, a lot, we don't have full game released yet, the game is on early acess and we have only 2 circles released yet, Limbo and Luxury, so the game story is only on the beginning but yet i already love the characters and really want to see more of them. Love this game a lot

All characters yet are great and fun, but the poets, my god i love the poets. Love how they love each other so much, Virgil would do anything for them and vice versa. Yuri so great that i am shipping all characters with each other because all of them have chemistry with each other hahaha

yeah, this game would go straight up to be one of my favorites of all time if it was more complete to be honest, it is already one of the games that i enjoyed the most this year and it's still early acess, that's impressive.

Finally got Melusine’s Bond CE, I am now more convinced than ever that people who think her relationship with Aurora wasn’t supposed to be a toxic, one-sided romance are incorrect.

is kinda funny that i bought Deltarune because the new chapter released and i had a really bad FOMO and now that i have the game, i don't really want to play it. I have so many games that are more interesting to me than fucking Deltarune that i am having a bit of regret in spending money on it. I am curious with the game (enough to feel FOMO for it), but also i don't want to play it.

And the funniest part is that i keep buying new games that is more interesting to me than Deltarune like Cassette Beasts, MiSide, the Messenger, Romancing Saga 2, Shining Resonance Refrain, Haven and many more, so i keep pushing Deltarune down on my list of next game to play, i have the game and i want to play anything else.

I think that the whole translation to pt/br and spanish polemic and how fucking xenophobic the fandom proved to be (and i discovered that is also really, REALLY transphobic too) kinda helped with this feeling of distaste (yeah, distaste) for Deltarune that i got in general to be honest, despite i still being curious about it.

Also, with Pink (mad mew mew) release in Deltarune i was remembered of something that Undertale did that made me really angry at the time, that is, exclusive story stuff for some versions of the game. You will only know mad mew mew if you like, have a switch and played undertale there, or like, made and active research if you knew that the switch version have exclusive story content. Exclusive content is fine, the problem for me was that she was exclusive story content, exclusive canon story content and the only trans girl in the entire series. Is not like the part where mad dummy became mad mew mew was added in the pc version after, but the boss fight was still exclusive to switch. Nope, anything about mad dummy becoming mad mew mew (or pink in Deltarune) still don't exist on Undertale vanilla last time i checked.

I've recently played both Constance and Lone Fungus: Melody of Spores, and it's interesting that, while both were in development for years before Hollow Knight: Silksong dropped, they're clearly in dialogue with the original Hollow Knight, and they both independently arrive at many of the same responses to the deficiencies of Hollow Knight's precision platforming gameplay that Silksong itself did.

There is, however, one respect in which these two games have managed to solve a problem with the original Hollow Knight's platforming that Silksong itself does not: they both allow you to map a fucking dedicated pogo button.

It's really inspiring, especially when he's known as this terrifying entity who is a master at the game and planned to use the entirety of Terra as his board. He wasn't immediately good at it the moment his consciousness solidified and he realized who he was. He was bad and straight up couldn't stop playing. Getting hooked on a game you've lost 1000+ matches at when you first started is some really impressive dedication. It makes a lot of sense with his operation failure line too. After losing he immediately asks for another game and I bet that's exactly what he's been doing for millennia.
