2012年我學長在地鐵上寫作，我當了好幾年的迷妹。

2024年我在這裡漂流。迷惘著長大成人的意義、迷惘著原生家庭關係、迷惘著結婚生子是否是心中渴望還是只是與別人的賽跑。

可能每個本命年都會受到一些刺激、一些重大的轉變。12年前的五月我接到入學通知，在六月逼著社恐的自己參加了學生會的聚會。那年的我好勇敢，應該說是那整整兩年的我都好勇敢，也覺得人生會持續閃耀。

後來母親突然從我的人生登出，從此有了缺憾。每當低潮時還是哭泣，但我相信我還是傳承到母親的底氣。

舒適圈待久了會忘記自己的韌性。我期許我的未來仍然能記得並找回我在美國的那個樣子，無所畏懼。害怕的時候仍然有勇氣將自己推出去。

看著天空的時候總是會想到其實我們仍然共享這片天空。 想著他應該還是在屬於他的角落發著光。

回想起來還是得感謝他，讓我一直有前進的動力。 總是覺得是不是再也遇不到像他這樣的人了。 最後一次對話是在兩年前。 他說他不懂我為什麼會喜歡上他這樣的人； 到最後我還是沒說，因為答案已經不重要了。 他都要走了。

抬起頭/閉上眼/所有困難看不見 還記得2014年年底的時候買了一盆植物， 寫了一篇短字，對未來充滿了期待。 "在同一片天空下，我們互相擁抱。"

後來發生了很多事，於是各自走遠了。

或是我走遠了，而他還在原地， 獨自安慰著自己說 : 「一定會好的」 但方向感救贖不了他；而我已經不需要。 現下我只需要微光，讓我分辨具有意義的風景。 有時候想想與他已經在不同城市了也是好的。 否則我就會如同現在一樣，擔心著遇到你的時候， 要怎麼應付我自己的各種情緒。 不管是好的還是壞的。

真的好怕。

座位變動到公司的角落， 面對一整片毛玻璃一路延伸到天花板， 走出去就可以享受11樓的風景。 雖然沒有他人的遠大抱負，但還是有小小的光芒。

Portland, Oregon. ( Jun 15- 16, 2014) 2024 update- After 12 years, I accidentally saw a YouTuber mentioned that she’s stayed in this city as well, and which reminds me the very short stay many years ago.  As I recalled, I had made the appointment around May with my mentor who lived there. I flew from Boston to Portland airport in mid of Jun and she picked me up at Sunset Transit Center and let me stay in her place for two nights. I was told that Portland is a city fulled of water. Fountains sprouted everywhere. She dropped me off at each spot I’d like to visited in those three days. Thanks to her, still feel grateful after such many years.  In the fragment of picture I shoot, I went the Oregon Zoo in first day, and International Rose Test Garden the second day. I also spent hours in the very famous bookstore Powell's City of Books before I caught up the plane.

Tree Swallows. (July 12, 2014)

The story: I took these photos at West Thumb Geyser Basin. People went there usually would be impressed by the basin or the lake except me. I mean I still think the view there is breathtaking, but I was also distracted by these tiny creatures since I walk down the paved way. They twitted, and they flew around a spiky tree; some of them just stared at outside-world by sitting in the tree hole. And although they are tiny, their feathers are dark neon blue and they have white chest, which is very pretty. I have to say I usually choose animals over landscape to be my subjects. Therefore, I spent most of time on observing them and taking photos.

David Garrett "Music" Tour in NYC. 

Mar 18 & 19. at Best Buy Theater. (sorry the pic is blur. please just blame on my smartphone camera :P) I forget how I knew this German violinist in the first place, and around two years ago I missed his tour in Taiwan. It's like a dream that I finally saw his performance in NYC on 3/18. He showed up at the entrance right-hand from the audience section instead of the stage. Then you can tell how audience were totally impressed. There was 30% audience has been seen his performance, which means it's very fresh to many of them. I, personally, though had his albums, only have seen several live clips on YouTube. The venue is not very big but every seat were occupied. I am not sure about how many people were there, two thousand? or more? Anyway, ones his performance being awesome then the number of audience will boost itself eventually. Haha.
