any tips for reducing/managing bloating? mines so awful every time i eat esp when i eat carbs of any kind :(
daily mealplan outline
7am-4pm - 2L water
4pm - lettuce/green tea/rice cake/tomato/apple
7pm - roasted veggies & salad
try and skip dessert - otherwise frozen rasperries/rice cakes/low cal ice cream/ten cal jelly
9pm - green tea

• new york trip! - march
• prom - july
• summer, festivals, holidays
• starting college - september
need to remember nothing tastes better than skinny feels & the outcome will be worth the journey💞

realised i wasnt thin, wanted to get skinny for summer, stopped eating, lost lots of weight! very happy & more confident, then plateaued, stopped loosing, slowly started gaining it back,
& now im here at pretty much my starting weight but a worse metabolism.
this time lets do it properly!!!! tdy is a new day <333
any tips?? new to tumblrrr n need an ana buddy whos around 15 + not underweight xx

nuts & seeds
cereals (+ granola)
sweet stuff e.g cake, biscuits
anything with oil
chocolate
🧁replacements:
flavoured/plain rice cakes
light cereal bars or fibre 90
sliced up apple pieces
chopped veggies (!!!)
warm tea (green, chamomile)
