*Vadoma snarled as she began to cruppled up the note. She hated the woman he was so attached to. She was the same one she had destoryed so long ago to keep him from acting human himself. A stupid thing to do for a vampire with such power like him. She threw the note away as she sat and thought. Was she really acting the way she had tired so hard to keep her brother from acting? Human? She growled as she decided she would start back home. But she would not trust that woman, keeping a close on one them both.*

This rather human like behaviour you are exhibiting worries me greatly and I am concerned. I thought you were dead. I thought foolish woman had destroyed you and I cannot describe to you the pain I felt. Please, Vadoma... do not make me wonder. Do not do anything rash and come home.”

Arwi-a?! Why didn’t tell me this? *She let go of the girl quickly with a hiss. Her fangs extended and eyes black.* That whore!? Why can’t she just stay dead!?

“And here I thought you were above such petty human emotions.”

What the hell is going on here?! *She ran over and smacked the blade from the girls hand. With the blade gone the girl collapsed into Vadoma’s arms.* Brother what is going on here? Why were you just watching?!

“It seems my little experiment has ended in failure. She has done this to herself and with silver no less. Perhaps I could have chosen a better subject. She claims to be haunted by Arwi-a or a partial soul or something.

You know as well as I sister, the effects of silver. Do you really think so young a vampire can survive this?”

*Vadoma looked at her brother with shock.* Arwi-a?! Why didn't tell me this? *She let go of the girl quickly with a hiss. Her fangs extended and eyes black.* That whore!? Why can't she just stay dead!?

*She looked at him blankly.*

I would never hurt you, even if it were possible. *She began to dig the blade into her neck. She was blank but tears began to flow slowly as she dug it further in.*

*He folded his arms across his chest, shifted his stance slightly. Silver poisoning was a pain. He doubted such a new vampire would survive this.*

*Blood began to flow from her mouth slowly as she continued. Arwi-a had hidden this in Adam’s house. Katherine didn’t know about it. She felt pain for doing this to the poor girl, to herself. She was trying to really see if Adam had nothing left to him of his humanity or love for her. At this point it seemed to be he had nothing left of what she had loved.

She dug it deeper still as she began to move it slowly acrossed, heading to other side of her neck. It burned so deeply and make it hard. She could feel Katherine trying to wake due to such pain, but she continued to hold the girl back as best she could. But soon the would even fail. But then Katherine did something unexpected. She broke through but only with voice.*

ADAM HELP ME!!

“There is little I can do at this point. The silver is in your blood. It is a pain that I would wish on no one. I did tell you these dreams would cause nothing but pain and it appears yours is killing you.”

*Still confused, Katherine simply nodded and went to clean up. Her head hurt and she was unsure what he ment by what he had just said. She paused as she passed a room. Some one was in there, but she didn’t stay to find out. She was clean and dressed and waiting in the sitting room for Adam’s return.*

*He walked down the lane and into town, with a well practiced hand relieved another member of the town’s board of his cash and left the body in a particularly wet bog. He really should find something better to do with his time.

After so long I thought it only right, seeing you have a guest. *She moved over to couch to look at the girl that lay there. She wrinkled her nose when she saw her.*

I can see what rattled your mind into trying her. *She said this with some disgust. She felt she had seen the woman before, but couldn’t put her finger on it.*

What has she done that’s drove you to look so…stressed.

“I think that she is either insane or very close to it. As she has turned, there is little you or I can do at the moment. You remember what happened last time we walked away from an insane vampire? The humans still talk about this Jack the Ripper and some have even publicly guessed he was our kind.

“I do have a plan. I have asked her to paint a scene for me and it seems to keep her calm for the most part. Should she be irredeemable, then I will mail the painting to Henry as it is his of his death and let him clean it up.

*Vadoma smiled devilishly.* What a good plan.  *She looked at Katherine and moved free strands away from her face.* I honestly can’t say I don’t hope she is irredeemable. She reminds me to much of that woman you fell blindly for. Same dark hair as well.

The past is dead Vadoma and I hardly remember those years. I’m not sure I even do. I’ve told retold the story so many times it’s difficult for me to tell when I was embellishing.
