30 Day Shred
So I just did Day 1 Level 1 of 30 day shred...my arms are jelloy and I didn't even use weights Q.Q I feel like I could have given it more effort, I was holding back on the cardio portions because I live on the 3rd floor of a dorm room and I swear every time I tried the cardio it was like elephants on the floor. Seriously though my arms....are shaking. I didn't have any weights or any thing that was in a pair to have equal weights in both hands so I just went without and its still killer. Maybe by the end of level 1 I'll need to find some weights to still feel progress. I imagine day two will be much tougher because you are sore from day 1. Overall I don't feel like I got my ass kicked. Worst exercise: the last ab exercise! You can find the videos on youtube if you are interested.

Progress
So I'm doing pretty well I think. I have had warm lemon and honey water every single day so far. My next goal is to experiment with oatmeal. I don't like oatmeal at all. I usually need fried eggs and cheese and toast to keep me full in the morning. I'm going to try to force myself to like oatmeal haha. Going to try it out the old fashion irish way with steel cut oats, soaking overnight and eating with cream and brown sugar. Hopefully I can get used to it, I think it'll help with my cholesterol which my doctor said is a bit high. I got some good exercise in today walking dogs at the shelter but unfortunately my knee and ankle now hurt...I fell on my knee a few weeks ago and it hasn't been the same since. Chillin with some China Gel on it right now and heading to bed. Heres to more progress!
Day 2?
Day two of warm lemon honey water before breakfast. I was so so on food yesterday. Today I will be better but I know I will have a terrible dinner tomorrow night because its the last time we have food trucks coming to our campus and I can't pass that up! Planning on going to the park today <3 Start exercising again! So...much...homework to do x.x Part of me feels like joining weightwatchers again =/
Baby Steps
Beginning lemon honey water drinks in the morning. First step to getting back on track. Also I have the freezer filled up with frozen dinners. I know its not the healthiest but I need easy things to make that control my quantity. Beginning those tomorrow.

Doctor's (Physical)
So I had my first physical today at a GP instead of a pediatrics and it went well. I am above the weight I was at weeks ago (244) but when I told her I used to be 258 she was ecstatic that I had lost that much. Her energy and enthusiasm about it was ridiculous and it really made me feel good. She gave me a goal to lose another 10 pounds by January (6 months for next appointment) which I hope will be a piece of cake. I know shes trying to keep the goals small but I know I can lose more then 10 pounds in 6 months. I hope to surprise her =D Also, is it weird to feel proud that your doctor calls you an excellent patient while giving you your first pap smear?

I'M HOMEEEE
Beginning my weight loss goal of reaching the 220's by September. Currently at about 241. If I just reach 229 I'll be happy! Also have a physical scheduled at a new doctors (finally moving up from a pediatrician) so I'm preparing myself from the weight speech from a new doctor. I don't wanna hear it D:< Anyway, I have the pool, a dog to talk, a weight set and bike all at my disposal, I just need to keep the motivation up. To begin with I have a lot of unpacking to do, room rearranging and also preparing for a garage sale that will keep me occupied. Also, today I'm doing another one of my dad's allergy vials and its sugar again so...no sugar for me for the next 25 hours.

I think I should do my restart when I get back to New York...I have no control over what I'm eating for the next week.
Day 7
Breakfast: Lucky charms and strawberries again Lunch: Nachos again Dinner: Hotdog again. Wow lets just refer back to Day 6. Hotdogs officially gone. There is no way I'm going to get through all the food in that freezer in 10 days...
