With all the hate and toxicity you see towards Sasusaku or Naruhina, let's say because there are your OTPs how do you deal with it? I tend to get carried away (very much by replying to them all). Especially since some claim that they were forced or say a false rumor. The ones I'm usually arguing with are Sasunaru shippers...

The short answer: I personally dealt with it by distancing myself a little bit from the fandom.
I am someone who usually believes you have the right to ship whoever you want to ship, as long as you don't attack other people for their ships.
I'm in a very small private server with other Naruto fans who ship all sorts of pairs, and we all generally get along. However, this doesn't really seem to be the norm for a lot of the Naruto fandom...
And that's one of the reasons I have distanced myself from the fandom over the past few years.
I know, I know, that probably isn't what you wanted to hear! I'm sorry!! :(
But this doesn't mean I stopped liking Naruto, its ships, or its fans!!
It's a great series and always meant a lot to me growing up!!
But a few years ago, I realized things in the fandom were just a bit too toxic for me, and I found myself arguing a lot about the ships and characters. In the past, I made angry-sounding posts to argue with people who were being hateful, which never made me feel good... because I felt like I was also being hateful. It just seemed to be never-ending. I regret a lot of my arguing years later.
So, I guess my best advice is to make peace that not everyone ships the same thing, and try to avoid the toxic fans who are determined to shit all over other fan's ships.
