it’s become so obvious that I’m not important and it makes me feel really sad but I can’t tell anybody that because they all say the same things and none of it helps because nothing changes and I just never feel appreciated for anything

is it normal to feel excluded from groups you’re a part of. like every single one. like you never feel included. is that normal.
