Hordak having horrible nightmares about Prime and how it felt to have his personhood and individuality ripped away from him, how uncomfortable he felt being watched and the fear of how far Prime could break him, remembering the feeling of his thoughts and body behind someone else’s property, and the terror when he wasn’t the one controlling his own hands, how close to nothing he felt
and waking up in a cold sweat, panting, on the verge of tears. Discombobulated, not fully knowing where he is, panicking as if all of it will happen again any second.
Then slowly taking in his surroundings, realizing he’s in a soft, warm bed, protected by walls that don’t feel suffocating, and there’s weight against his body. Entrapta is sleeping beside him, he’s in Dryl, and Prime is dead. The relief floods over him.
Hordak letting himself break down and pull her closer to remind himself that it’s okay, that all is finally over. Him holding her to his chest as tight as he can without waking her and burying his face in her hair, initially holding back tears then letting their breathing sink and the calm return as she sleepily holds him tighter too.
