Pumpkin Chai Muffin Tops
These were a result of a rainy day baking desire. I knew i wanted to make something comforting and warm. These hit the spot and are a healthy treat!
Ingredients:
1 Cup Of Oats
1 Cup Of Flour
¼ Cup Of Sugar ( I used coconut )
2 Large Ripe Bananas
¼ Nut Milk
2 Tsp. Baking Soda
½ Tsp. Xanthum Gum
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Vanilla
Pinch of nutmeg, ginger, clove and all spice
1 Packet Of Chai Tea
8 Drops Of Pumpkin Stevia, or anything pumpkin spice flavoring
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blend Oats down to a flour. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mash Bananas. Mix in bananas, vanilla, and nut milk. Roll, flatten and shape than place on parchment. Bake for about 11 minutes. Than chow down!
