I'm going to Kraków next week.. I've never been to Poland! How easy is it to eat vegan there? I don't like potatos!!

Nowadays polish supermarkets are full of vegan food, for example: Lidl, Tesco, Kaufland. Products have special “vegan” markings. There are many vegan restaurants in Kraków too. It’s really easy to eat vegan in Poland.

on the days that you don't do yoga, what exercises do you do? do you intuitively eat? I'm trying to start intuitive eating. thanks!

I eat intuitively. On the days I don’t do yoga I usually do exercises from yt(my fav are from Rebbeca Louise!) For example, one day I focus on leg exercises, another day I do pilates. My exercises are different, it depends on my mood. And especially I love workouts from Ewa Chodakowska!(polish trainer). Really recommend her yt & instagram. :)

Hello!~ How do you pronounce “Edyta?” Is it like “Ed-dee-Ta” or “Eee-dee-Ta” ? Because I think it’s a very pretty name and I’d like to name my daughter that as her first or middle name. Thank you! xx

In Polish, we pronounce my name “E-dy-ta”, as it is written. Thank u. x
