I have been eating 2000+ calories to gain muscle over the summer and still stayed pretty lean but I personally have a very hard time eating intuitively because of my IBS (I dropped to 91lbs last semester cause I didn't realize I burned 500-800 cals lifting weights) What I did was got a heart rate monitor and wore it for a couple of weeks during my workout to see how many calories I burned and just keep rough track of how much I was eating (making sure to eat enough not as a way of cutting cals)I also lift with nearly no rest. I do supersets and have either "rest sets" where I either work a different muscle than the primary one I'm working or use less weight and higher set. This way the entire time I workout my heart rate is around what it would be when I do cardio which leave me DRENCHED in sweat and burns fat and cals. I also always do AT LEAST 10 min of cardio to warm up before lifting and have been every week increasing my cardio bit by bit (just cause I personally want to lean out a bit after "bulking" over summer). I just included this cause if you wanted to lean out or anything (this is what bikini competitors do, gradually increase cardio week by week when leaning for a show)

Hahahaha okay so didn't respond to this right away cause I didn't know what "raw. Vegan. Not gross" was just now that I know it's a you tube channel I'm deff gonna check it out cause I HATE most raw recipes. Like I stick to the basics. Fruit and salad with avocado fruit and balsamic during the day lol. Hate zucchini noodles and raw cauliflower rice and all that stuff so I love checking out new recipes to see if id like them and add some versatility to my days. 😂😂😂Also thanks so much!
Work 8hr/day 5days/week, 6day a week lift, gradually increasing cardio. I need this week at the beach desperately but still gonna try to lift Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday cause I have seen so much progress the last few weeks. Deads are 👆 25lb in 2 months and hoping for anther 15 before school starts in a month. Up almost 10lb since seriously committing to building muscle and I feel like I'm in a totally different body in the best way possible. Add Freelee and Durianrider to list of people that make me embarrassed to be a vegan. They claim to be these animal-loving activists, yet everything they post proves that they’re nothing more than self-righteous narcissists. Literally all Freelee ever says is “go vegan because look how skinny and hot I am, don’t you want a body like mine?” and all Harley ever says is “go vegan because look how skinny and hot Freelee is, don’t you want a body like hers?” There are SO many fantastic arguments to support veganism, and THAT’S the one they chose? That it’ll make you skinny? Really? They try to play the ethical vegan card and say it’s all about the animals, but we all know Freelee is obsessed with aesthetics and went vegan as a means of losing weight and stays vegan to keep the weight off. And Harley uses Freelee’s body as “proof” that he’s right about everything. Every time he’s criticized or challenged, his response is “well Freelee is skinnier than you so you can’t tell us we’re wrong.” It’s funny how they claim to be against the promotion of eating disorders, yet ALL they ever talk about is how Freelee is so skinny and superior to everyone else because of it, and how everyone should be jealous and follow their advice so they can be as thin as her. Harley even viciously attacks teenage girls on the internet/instagram, calling them fat, and has publicly said that eating disorders are a choice and that people need to just “snap out of it.” The ignorance astounds me, and it’s embarrassing to have people like them representing the vegan community.
