recently talked to friends and i find it really sad to not be interested in every type of music and thinking that styles like metal are just weird, like bro why dont you get it ? i mean you can dislike the music but not deny how interesting it is and how it literally is such an important part of the world and how people see it

why cant most people understand how beautiful it is to express ourselves through music, like its so much deeper than "just songs"

i feel so dumb writing this but i feel like most of my friends dont understand how art really works
