i am a king in another life and a god in this one i often find myself meditating on this fact and i wanted to let the world know this practice because i want every one to be strong in the upcoming war it is my dream for all to survive the upcoming war with man and gods and demons i know this is but a fantasy and not everyone will heed my warning but its very important to try even though the world may disregard your prophecy
create a dark space with little light. its important to be enveloped in the darkness' sweet embrace when you do this as the beautiful goddess of the night will guide you through this lesson.

start chanting i usually chant whatever im trying to manifest right now im trying to manifest m psychic power and semen retention can only be do so much so i have to chant "i demand psychic power i demand psychic power i demand psychic power golden goddess i have aided you please reward me" and i chant that a lot or at least until i start falling asleep
once you start falling asleep you will start lucid dreaming this is very important as dreams can hold the veil between the real world and the spirit realm. lucid dreaming is when the veil is thinnest and you can practice your psychic power here until your conscious body wakes up. your subconscious body will begin resting and rebuilding its power once you wake up
from here i like to reality shift or try to ive had little luck but im trying hard i scripted a world where i am king like one of my past lives and i am having little luck getting the world to form i will update if i can get this to work
make sure to bathe afterwards if you sweat in the subconscious you sweat in real life
