Fair's brows rose at her suggestion, chewing on her lips before she took the bottle back, taking a deep drink as if trying to suck the bottom of it through the neck. "You know what? Fuck it, let's go." Getting up, the brunette held the bottle back to the other woman and started to attempt to make her way towards the lake, though she headed unwittingly in the opposite direction.

Wylie’s eyes fell to the joint in Frankie’s hand, “Where’d you get that?” He asked, stopping and leaning against a tree.

"At least not for you." Lifting her brow as she held it out to him when his steps stopped in the underbrush, giving him a little shrug in response to the question he poised at her. "Does it matter? Why don't we just fucking smoke it and finish this walk or adventure or whatever the fuck you want to call it? Sounds like a good time to me."

Passing the drink in total silence, thinking to herself what made her this way, wondering in confusion on why someone would want to drink their pain away alone.

The girls sat by the warm fire, and why there was a pull for her to take Fair’s hand, or touch in her some way she restrained those thoughts. Scolding herself slightly for slipping back into the role as Fair’s ‘Baby doll’ so easily, she instead wrapped her arms around mid section: binding herself. Smiling at the affection she had for Baby Max she added. “The little boy is so amazing. He can be balling his eyes out, and all you have to do is sing and he just breaks out in the biggest smile. I think the way you help out Evelyn is wonderful. I can’t even imagine being a single mother at times like this.” Becca tried not to address the infertility comment. She recalled earlier times when the two were sharing horror stories. It saddened her to remember she’d been raped by her foster father.  Deciding it was her turn to share she contemplated.”Okay, something good…Have you met Oliver James? He’s actually from my home town, we went to school together. I feel bad, I don’t remember him, but he seems to remember me. It’s nice to have someone to talk to from Boone’s Creek,” Letting out a laugh. “Yeah, I realize how hickie the town sounds.” Avoiding the initial intention for their discussion was fine with Becca.

"Of course he breaks out in a fucking smile, have you ever heard me sing? I sound like someone beating a goddamn cat with a fucking frying pan or some shit." Laughing softly, Fair ran a hand through her hair and nodded at Becca's assesment of Evelyn's situation. "That shit as got to fucking suck, but at least in a place like this she'd just fucking surrounded by people who are more than happy to take him off her hands for a while. Mostly me like most of the fucking time, but you know. It's nice to get some baby time when I'm never going to have that shit." Giving a shrug, she turned large steely eyes -turned purple in the flickering of the firelight- back to the fairer girl and listened to the other girl talk, shaking her head when asked if she'd met some guy. "Nope, I haven't exactly been like super fucking social and shit, you know?" Just about to say something in regards to the name of the town that Becca had come from, she decided in the end to keep her mouth shut and just offered her a grin. "At least you have all your teeth. I know people from New York who can't even like fucking boast that shit."

The commitment of forever was pressed warmly on her cheek. While it was a lovely thing to hear she knew Fair was not in the right state of mind to make a promise. Following up she wanted Becca to make her a decleration of forever as well, but all she could do was stare into her glazed over eyes, and witness as they brimmed with need. The levee broke as a flood of desperate desire came surging forward with the push of plush lips against her own. How couldn’t she accept the kiss when it was so greatly needed? The other’s arms captured her further feeling her body being pulled in until the two were fitted against one another.  Opening herself to the others request she submitted all too easily, and she knew it. Her own desire began to flow throughout her body, and rather quickly brought with it the state of being overwhelmed.  Their lips separated only long enough for a desperate request of being loved was whispered against her swollen lips. Paused for a moment Becca tried to reconcile the thoughts in her mind with the burn she felt in her body.  Wondering will it always be like this? Will she always have to fight herself when acting on desires?  The notion she should separate her own need from the equation entered her mind causing her to base her solution on Fair.  Becca gave a quick small peck to the others lips before she responded. “I’m going to love you the best way I know how, and I think you need me as a friend more than anything… I know you can feel how much I want you… but it’s not fair to either one of us to be with each other now.”

At first Fair was sure, sure that Becca was going to give in and let her hide inside of the other girl, inside her body and inside the passion that she knew existed between them from the start. But the blond pulled away and with the stealing away from her lips she brought a whimper from the desperately broken young brunette. "No..." Though the pleaded word was more a sound than anything else. Part of Fair knew the other girl was right, but the other part didn't care and she just wanted to lean in and devour those plump lips once more, but she couldn't to that Becca. Not when the other girl had already put a stop to whatever proceedings her depressed and alcohol fueled body wanted. "I just don't want to think." She said softly, lifting a hand to tangle her long slender fingers in the golden waves what were so unlike her dark pin straight strands. "Why didn't he just take me with him?"

Becca left her first question unanswered knowing another was quickly following. Gathering her thoughts before spoke softly into the shell of the others ear. “I know how much you love him. I assure you it’s not possible for him to have taken it. Your heart is right here, and it maybe broken now, but in time it’s going to get better. Trust me I know. The only thing you have to do is be open to the idea, and let it. Please…Don’t close yourself off.”  Resting her chin on top of Fair’s soft hair she noticed it slightly tickled. “Fair you are a survivor. I know we were fighting last time I said it, but you remind me of a phoenix. This endlessness that you feel right now will shift. I promise it will end.” Becca leaned down giving Fair a peck on the halo of her head.

Fair clung to Becca, her face moving to rest on her chest as she listened to the words spoken into her strands. "It's not broken, Becca..." It was as if she didn't have the strength to speak louder than a whisper. "It's dust. I'm just.... hollow." Feeling the lips pressed to her head, Fair pulled back slightly, almost recoiling into herself as she pushed the other girl away and moved to curl up into a ball, hands tangling themselves into her hair and pulling. "I'm not a survivor, I'm a casualty."

"He shot at me, Frankie." Wylie said, to stop her from feeling too bad for herself and what Luke had done to her. "He shot right at my face." He tilted his head toward his friend and showed her the scar where the bullet had grazed his face, taking a chunk of his flesh with it. "You’re not the only one who is disfigured. We’re both still beautiful anyway." Wylie bit his lip. "You’re right… it is good to get away."

"He shot at you? Holy fuck." Brows lifted she couldn't help but smirk and shake her head a little bit. "Fucking hell, we really are two fucking peas in a goddamn pod aren't we?"

 Laughing a bit she sighed once more and then linked an arm with his as they went, pursing her lips before sliding a slender joint from inside her pocket. "This is a nice enough spot to stop if you want to...you know.... relax."

When Fair moved in for the drunken embrace Becca froze again, her muscles going taught until she consciously told herself to relax. Identical to the night in the bathroom it only took her a few seconds to thaw. Fair seemed to crumble, and she quickly reached wrapping her arm around attempting to give the two women stability. “Yes, I’m here for you Fair…as long as you need me…and want me to be.” Becca wanted to tell her not to call her Baby Doll. It hurt to hear it. Reminding her what they shared not too long ago, but now was not the time. They’d discuss later when she wasn’t so upset. “Sweetie its okay to not be fine. I know you’re hurting. Please be careful, and don’t drink too much. I’m worried about you.” Giving a chaste kiss to her forehead she attempted to seal the comment.

This time fair didn't notice the tensing, the subtle change in the other girl's posture lost in the drunken haze that Fair had turned the world into. "Forever, Baby..." She whispered softly, lifting her cheek to press it against the blond lightly freckled one of the woman who held her. "Stay with me forever, okay?" Pulling back just slightly, just enough to turn her face and connect their lips, her kiss, desperate and needy as her arms moved to lift around her neck and try to pull her in. "Just love me..." She pleaded against the warm set of lips against her own. "Please."

Fair felt like a vice grip, but she understood perfectly it was fear which caused it. Becca rooted her feet to the ground hoping to provide as much support as she could as she continued to hold her. Shortly after Becca could feel the tears of Fair’s loss as they gathered on her shoulder. Searching for words to say she felt impotent with the situation. Pulling back so she could kiss her wetted cheek before embracing her again. “There has to be an explanation for this, and we just don’t know it yet. I’m so sorry Fair.” While she hated seeing her cry she would never tell her to hold it. She knew how cathartic it can be.

All Fair could do for a long time was sob before finally it started to fade off, and even long after her tears had stopped falling she just clung to her friend. "What am I going to do without him, Becca?" She finally whispered into the sun kissed strands that hid her face. "I love him so much, he took my heart with him."

Scoffing a bit Becca could tell she was already three sheets to the wind, however, didn’t want to point out the obvious. She knew Fair was hurting over Vincent’s disappearance. “Well since you’re so fine…how about I sit with you for a while. You being fine and all would probably love the company.”

Fair looked up when the blond came to sit beside her, sighing softly with a little smile as she instantly moved to let herself flop over to lean against the other girl's arm. "Not you, you can stay. It's okay if it's you." Turning the intoxicated brunette nearly let her head slip off her shoulder but saved herself by turning to nuzzle into the side of her neck as her arms wrapped around her. "You'll never leave me, right, Baby Doll?"

"Parker is easy to love…" Elias looked almost appalled at the woman’s drunkenness and was irritated by her attachment to his lover but he kept that inside. It was not the time or place to flaunt his obsessive codependency. He just nodded at her. "It’s not that hard to fish. Or cook a fish. But Parker is best when he is teaching."

"Yes he is." She agreed wholeheartedly, even through her extreme intoxication. "Well, I know that now..." She drawled at him. "But I didn't before. He's a good teacher, he's going to teach me math." Turning to peer at him again, she studied him for a second. "You a teacher? I want to learn reading better."

Elias furrowed his brow and tilted his head to the other side. He was unsure whether or not he believed the inebriated young woman but she was in no place to argue with him and he’d probably only become annoyed. Mm… that’s nice. Parker’s a good friend to have, to those he lets in. He didn’t think it was nice. Not at all.

The whole what? Elias asked, narrowing his eyes at the young woman in front of her as he tilted his head. Now he was curious. Anything that involved Parker, he felt, needed to involve him as well. Oh… gentlemen’s club? I’ve never attended one. It wasn’t me. Merely coincidence.

That.... Where usually she was quick thinker on her feet, the amount of alcohol she'd consumed meant she could hardly stand on them let alone think of them. He's my best friend? Or one.. I guess. Suddenly a large very pleased and intoxicated smile crossed her face. I have more than one best friend... Cool.
