Just a little vent. But being a teacher seriously feels both like a blessing and a curse 😭 funny thing was the best experience i have is with the classes i teach/ my students.. i just have abit of a problem with systemwise and having to ready lesson plans a day before I have the class. Everyday

#as for things that annoys me as a teacher tho is. i rly oh my god dislike when students dont finish their works #you really gotta make sure they send everything on time but its like you never have enough time #and some classes are more... lackadaisy thn certain others especcially if you are too lax #ive kinda internalized Not Directing Anger as a control method when i was younger coz shit do not work w me and my explosive family #for me itve always been about being the mediator and calming person. so when i come at school and every teacher tells me to be more 'strict #or scold the kids im just like . shrugs but im not feeling it #at some point though i do think its needed... thinks hard. because i be breaking my back & emptying my wallet to finish exercises For Them #and for them to just leave the class not submitting anything/ not bringing the work the next week bc they 'forgot' is just so maddening 😅😅#text

There's going to be another mass desertion of this fandom when we inevitably reach the point of the arc where the people who are only here for the gay subtext have to confront the fact that Saitama and Genos have an incredibly unhealthy relationship and cannot come to function as a duo without first separating in what will most assuredly be a horrifically scarring destruction of perceived trust and boundaries.
