My silly little heartbreaking Spiritfarer AU that I'm building and Vero's spirit form is a Ferret.

Okay hear me out. Short rambling time cause yes.

Her spirit flower is a orange dhalia. Her favorite dish is berry pie. She likes desserts and comfort food. She dislikes stimulants and plain foods.

Her event is like a point-to-point drawing page. The gravity on the ship changes a little (just very tiny) so you kind of float around a little in a way and you jump in betweem stars, connecting the ones that glow a little bigger than the others to connect the constellations. Each time you get 2 random constellations to connect. It will give you starshine in a bottle. (Just thought this was cute and my god it is- aoihdiwuh)

She'll help on the boat with looking for directions in the stars, since she can read them. Which occasionaly will reveal bits and pieces of the map you haven't unlocked yet.

I haven't thougt of her house design yet, but one of the upgrades FOR SURE is a telescope and another one is a bunch of maps of the stars and planets. Even tho this Veroniqué is her 27 year old self, she is still very VERY enthusiastic about them.

Unlike the other spirits you will see her roam around on the boat more in the night than on the day aswell. In the beginning you would mostly catch her on the higher parts of the boat, but after a while she won't be climbing the ladders a lot anymore (similar to alice). Then she will sit at the edges, just staring up and dreaming.

Oh yeah and she loves hugs. There is no cooldown for that, you could do it all day and she'd take it each time.

New Version of Vero 🦊

After her death, a Kitsune spirit found her soul. Floating away alone and lost. It gave her a deal:

It would give her the chance to stay on earth, watch her daughter grow up and protect her loved ones from afar. It's condition to that was, once her daughters time was over, it would be allowed to keep her body to have a physical form on earth.

Veroniqué is fully aware that she died and so chooses to stay hidden, trying her best to not let anyone see her wander around the village. She doesn't want anyone to grief more than they already do. So she mostly comes out when the village is asleep. And over the day she always wears her mask and cardigan.

Her favorite thing to do now is running. Just running forever and without a goal in mind. She enjoys it a lot to finally be able to do that without having any pain at all.
