I think that if I was an immortal with a really overclocked can-survive-from-a-single-cell regeneration factor, my eventual fucked up immortal boredom hobby would be creating a replica of my skeleton. Like just removing bones one at a time and letting them regrow until I had enough for a complete set. Then I'd put it in a standing glass case like a museum exhibit and keep it around as a showpiece.

My fucked up immortal hobby would be to swallow a small amount of det cord and explosive, with a remote to trigger it in my pocket. Then I would simply walk around as normal, and wait until just one person had paid attention to me before detonating just out of sight, but in a spot where you could still tell what happened. I would then regenerate and walk away like nothing happened, going about my day.
