💜 Pictures and Poetry: A Fan-Coded Anthology Inspired by BTS
“Pictures and Poetry” is a fan-coded poetry series I wrote based on BTS images that made me pause—made me feel.
Each member sparked a unique mood: soft chaos, haunting beauty, playful contradiction.
What started as captions became soliloquies. What began as admiration turned into art.
This is for the ones who paint light with their presence.
The ones who make words bloom.
galaxies stitched in his chest—
hope grows where he speaks.
Poem – “The One Who Raps in Soliloquies”
He’s imperfect perfection,
the broken-hearted’s calming sea,
a quiet storm wrapped in skin and silence,
with eyes that hold forgotten poetry.
He gives his love freely,
unconditionally to his world.
His words clothed in honey.
lyrical poetry read at sunset,
the warmth between golden hours and sighs.
Even silence feels softer beside him,
like the hush before the stars reply.
Strength wrapped up in butterflies and self-reflection,
he carries the weight of galaxies in his chest,
yet smiles like dawn has never hurt him.
Every scar—an unpublished stanza,
every step—a hymn whispered to the earth.
He is the pause between thunder and rain,
the hush the universe takes before beauty arrives.
A soul stitched in golden threads of intention,
walking art, breathing truth.
He plants hope in those who’ve forgotten spring,
turns pain into petals without asking for praise.
Not a savior—no, something softer.
verses laced with vulnerability and grit.
His voice—velvet thunder—echoes in hearts,
a rhythm only the broken fully understand.
he guards joy with pink shoulders,
and burns toast with love.
Poem – “Worldwide Shoulders”
protects like a firstborn older brother who swears he doesn’t care
but always waits up to make sure you got home safe.
shoulders that carry both the world
winter thaws beneath his breath—
A smile that makes flowers bloom—
Poem – “A Smile That Makes Flowers Bloom”
not loud like thunder, but soft as spring rain,
whispering life into places long left barren.
He doesn’t command the world to notice,
until even silence leans in to listen.
but for the soul watching quietly from the shade.
He is the warmth that lingers after it.
The quiet kind of miracle
that doesn’t beg to be seen—
sunlight, sweat, and silent fire.
He’s danger wrapped in a smile,
Poem – “Sunshine and Sin”
Adonis cloaked in sunshine and sin.
A paradox with rhythm in his bones,
He dances like a warning—
a storm in tailored white.
“Watch me—but don’t get too close.”
the flare that makes you forget
why you feared the fire in the first place.
My soul screamed in lowercase.
Poem – “Temptation in Flesh”
the man could wear a napkin and I’d still file emotional bankruptcy.
owner of hips that disobey God,
“you’re not ready, but I’m coming anyway.”
Suddenly I’m texting my ex, forgiving my enemies,
and crying into my skincare routine.
The glitch in the simulation.
The reason I can’t make eye contact with mirrors anymore.
Jimin didn’t just walk in.
He strutted into the room and my willpower
beauty stitched in every breath.
He’s the blueprint, the standard,
the reason I stared at my reflection for 15 minutes and whispered,
He is fire wrapped in velvet,
a black-and-white film with jazz playing in the background,
and I’m just background noise praying for a cameo.
Breathes like art direction.
And leave spiritually disoriented.
fire wrapped in stillness, waiting—
Poem – “King of Delusion”
He is fire disguised as stillness,
a breath before the burn.
He doesn’t raise his voice—
he raises your blood pressure.
like he knows your secrets
and forgives none of them.
He is the chaos that creeps in quietly,
then sets fire to your carefully built emotional stability.
