Oh Daniel Smith the man that you are... dreamy sigh. He’s my pookie and one of my favorite characters in Ashtown Burials and his whole story keeps getting stuck in my brain. No spoilers here but every time his heart acts up I just wanna wrap him up in a blanket and feed him soup poor boy needs a break

I’ve officially completed four, yes FOUR, Baldur’s Gate III play throughs >:)

So here’s my pookies in my art style (these are my kids please be nice)

Pretty new to digital art so trying my hand at rendering faces. Draw your own conclusions on how it went but I think I found a way I really like rendering hair.

Some background on my characters:

Ophelia (the drow with purple eyes) was the first Baldurs Gate character I played as. She’s a Seldarine drow who’s built like a log cause she’s a Druid used to roughing it out in the woods. She romanced Gale and got the good ending where you save the city and save all the companion characters (except Karlach I couldn’t figure out how to😭😭)

Tarsius is my tiefling paladin of vengeance and my first Dark Urge play though. She’s very evil so she got the evil ending where you literally kill everyone. She romanced Minthara then betrayed her. I got the Slayer form with her and had tons of fun with that-

Daviel is my high elf cleric of Selune who I used to romance Shadowheart cause I thought it’d be funny to convert her. In his play though he did get the good ending but Astarion ascended Gale esploded. So…mostly good.

And finally my most recent one is a good Dark Urge play though: Beonier. He’s a “false aasimar” so the whole concept is “ooo false angel but he’s actually an evil guy”. Starting the play though he fed into the urge and killed a bunch but when getting to Baldur’s Gate he broke free of his father and went on to live free of the Urge. No romance for him but he had the highest relationship with Astarion and Lae’zel

BEHOLD, MY FIRST *REAL* CONTRIBUTION TO THIS PLATFORM >:)

I’ve been reading Ashtown Burials by N.D. Wilson recently mostly because a friend suggested it to me and I FELL IN LOVE. All the characters are so rich, the world is so curious. And of course the added tidbit of historical fiction is wonderful and really helps make this feel like a more mature “The Magic Tree House”-esque series.

I highly suggest reading the books, there’s three out right now and from what I understand the fourth is about to be finished and hopefully released so GO ON AND GET READING

There may be spoilers that I post so beware. For now, I’m just puttering around trying to grow this fandom and hopefully encourage the people within the fandom to rise from the dead-
