hi!! i don't know if you'll see this, and i'm so sorry i haven't been on. i'm doing amazing - so much has happened and changed in my life, it's crazy.

due to family complications, i fled to new york in february of this year (2023) and fell into a relationship that, in the end, didn't last. i very quickly returned home after the promise had been made by my family to be better and treat me better.

...that's still up for debate to this day, but i'm back in missouri.

i'm now in a new relationship as of july, and my college classes for nursing started back on august 21st.

what's more, i'm thinking of keeping my fanfics on this account as a "showcase," so to speak, for my new Fiverr account. i'm looking to make a flexible income, you see, and given the skills in writing that i have, i'm hoping to earn some money on the side to fund a future home of my own.

thank you so much for checking in on me, anon. it truly means the world to me knowing that i haven't been completely forgotten here. you're one of a kind.

i'll see what i can do about this account. i don't want to get rid of it; i still want to grow as a writer for this platform and for my beloved fellow haikyuu! and other anime fans. i just can't promise i can give you anything right away since i'm still figuring out this workload.

I've been extremely busy lately, but I do dearly miss my BITF series. I promise to come back to it again some day soon. that being said, I think that this series and the people who I've been lucky enough to write it for deserve to know that it'll still be a while until I can put out any updates; I'm afraid I can't give any clear date as to when it'll next be updated.

hi, everyone! I just wanted to inform you all (again) that yes, I am alive. the real announcement, however, is that I just got a new laptop! I'll need to get used to the keyboard since it now lacks a number pad (which means I can't do my fancy long dashes as much anymore :( I realllllly liked those). I'm still a little paranoid about some things, so I'll be proceeding with caution, which means that updates will be slow - but I'll still be rolling them out!

to those who have stuck around and stayed patient with me: thank you. I have greatly missed writing, and it's nice to be here again.

to those who have not stuck around: I understand entirely. I hope you come back soon, because I'll have many new things to share with you!

it's either (silently) panic until the responsible money-wielding adult returns for the purchase, or

(regrettably) make use of my own money and assert some strange, uncomfortable, but almost liberating sense of adulting freedom and make a show of how I'm able to afford three grocery items...and then proceed to drop the coins on the floor when the cashier and I fail to make a smooth transaction with a flimsy receipt as the makeshift tray for the change :)
