Short and sweet MC
I had a trivial disagreement with my boyfriend. He threw something in the trash because it was a few days past its expiration date and therefore was unusable in his eyes (relevant: he grew up in a family with a lot of money and I grew up very poor, he’s quick to throw things out or just buy new instead of fixing something). It was a little tub of gochujang, which is a fermented chili paste that keeps really well in the fridge. In the U.S., expiration dates can be kind of arbitrary.
