Can my smol frisk and chara hug yours for all the worries and sadness that go though their hard lives?

Yes of course! 

...At least Frisk is okay with it but she’s not about to tell you anything about her problems. 

Chara cannot be touched and also refuses to be. 

If they could reach some sort of compromise that’d be great.
