The Platform (2020) and The Hunt (2020) are both kinda unsafe.

The Platform has a scene roughly 20-30 minutes in where the main character is eating (during a montage) and he either v* or food just falls out of his mouth. It’s very quick. There are also numerous scenes with g*, spitting, and blood coming out of people’s mouths.

The Hunt has some g* and coughing at the beginning of the movie when characters wake up with gags in their mouths.

Once three characters get to a gas station, one starts g* and foaming at the mouth after eating something.

I don’t remember if there are any other scenes of spitting, coughing, or blood coming out of people’s mouths.
