Sinking Ships Sorry

I am using every last bit of my strength to not run away. Do not think I am weak or insane, I am completely sane, I am just sane with too much pain in my heart that I’ve held onto for so many years and little by little it all starting to release. I apologize for all the ‘I’m sorry’ I’ve said in these last couple of days, but I can’t help but feel like I am the cause of this sinking ship. A ship that was slowly being built and harboring passengers that I slowly got to know and admire. And just like that I decided to sink the ship, a ship that was never meant to take sail. For the ship always had that one bolt that was rusting and rusting from the lack of care and avoidance. You see the ship was built on a foundation of fear and suppressed feelings, and the captain continued to believe that, that bolt would continue to hold, and paid no mind to it, and did not dare to tell a single passenger, before it was too late. And now the captain can no longer hold back any feelings without wanting to apologize to every single passenger even those that knew about the rusting bolt; and as much as the captain wishes he could take it all back or swim away as fast as he can. He stays and tries to hold strong trying to get all passengers back to shore. So please don’t think of me as weak for I am trying my best to take care of all the passengers that were damaged in this chaotic mess caused by the captain.

It’s a dream not at all real, just needed to be said.

I had a dream last night. It wasn’t the scariest dream I have but it is one of my top 5. I dream of a girl who was dressed all in black from head to toe, her name was foreign, but her story started off my dream. She had been beaten, tortured, and raped over and over for years until she finally escaped. My professor ended up helping her out of a majority of her trauma and had her talking again, thankfully. Unfortunately, the dream does not end there. It continued to a place where the stars had shone so bright, I swear it was the most beautiful place I had ever scene. Then all of sudden it went black, I was taken again. And then daylight came, and I found myself in a car with him taking me somewhere. I was covered in a blanket that had a pattern of spaceships and stars, slowly all of the spaceships and stars came off of the pattern and ended up flying out the window away. As I saw the last of the spaceships leave I began to see police, but was too fear stricken to speak, and so we pasted by the police. We continued to a place and he didn’t touch me, but then everything turned red. And that was it.

Honestly there were no images of me being raped again, but it all placed a significant role again. Especially the red, the red was always how I explained it, the day that I died a little. I had been anxious the whole day, and wanting to take a back step again where I don’t talk, but I still do and each time I do, I secretly want to cry. I hate it when I have dreams like that cause it kills me a bit more inside.
