I seriously #love #castoroil. I always used to be afraid of oils growing up. "Stay away! Oils clog your pores! Pimples! Acne! Aaahhhhh!" Yeah not so much anymore. I'm totally embracing all these lovely natural mother-earth given oils. I did a warm castor oil treatment last night on my scalp and massaged it in today (amidst my charcoal treatment on my teeth) and I have to say I'm impressed. I will definitely be doing another warm oil treatment. I may even add some refreshing tingling #peppermintoil also since I've got it. I love that it makes my hair feel nice and refreshed, full of volume and I know the more treatments I do, the better results my hair will be. Seriously. Oils is where it's at! #WOW! We just did our first brushing with #activatedcharcoal, and letting it simmer for 5 min, and then brushing it off and my mouth feels awesome.
