Nasir: You have no idea.
Victor: You are strong. I'm not there yet.
Nolan rolled his eyes, but he was smiling. He was because it was very cute and honestly...it would be very nice to do that. "And that's all we will do too today."
Victor laugh. "We are not going to be kissing and making out?" Not that he needed to, but he would like to. He liked kissing Nolan a lot. He hoped this would work well.
A few silent beats before he replied. "Yeah that sounds good. I'll take your clothes and put them in the washer and set up the movie. I'll turn the couch into a bed so we can get comfortable."
The last part shocked him. "I didn't know it could do that. Are you doing that so we can cuddle?" Nolan asked him. It was innocent compare to kissing, but it was intimidate for sure. It was what had him all kinds of warm.
Victor could not hide his smile. "Guilty as charge. I do want you in my arms while we watch a movie. It is one of the few things we have not done yet that may bring us closer."
Nasir: Every day.
Victor: That sounds exhausting.
"Yeah...I bet." He passed him his plate and then got up. "Don't know about that. Do you want me to shower first?" Nolan asked him. He would like it to go first.
A few silent beats before he replied. "Yeah that sounds good. I'll take your clothes and put them in the washer and set up the movie. I'll turn the couch into a bed so we can get comfortable."
Nasr: It is.
Victor: And you do it?
"Don't all books take a while?" Nolan asked him with a smile and finished eating. He was quite satisfied and everything was delicious. "I'll try it and of course I won't share it"
"They do, some longer than others." Victor got up and collected his plate. "Of course, but if you ever want to share, I would be happy to read."
Nasir: Try to think about why your dad did what he did.
Victor: That's a hard thing to do.
"Of course. Your book was not made on pen and paper right?" Nolan said as a tease. " I used to. I probably should. Maybe it will be chaper than theraphy."
"Of course not. I had to type all of that. Took a long time too." Victor said with a chuckle. "I do recommend it however. It feels heavier...when you do it on paper."
Nasir: Oh, that took a long time. You just have to understand where they are coming from.
Victor: What do you mean by that?
Nolan laughed. That was so out of nowhere, but still very funny. "Are you trying to show how much older you are from?" Nolan asked him while still laughing.
Victor laughed at that. "It is not. I have to deal with a lot of technology." He did wondered if that bothered him, the age gap. It was not that large. "Do you not write on paper anymore?"
Nasir: Yeah that's true, but I still miss them.
Victor: How did you deal with the lying?
"Thank you." Nolan said with a small smile. He did catch what he sad and he wanted to ask, but he pretended not to hear him. "Hm, yeah. It is just so-it is like a journal. I just write when I want to talk about something."
Did he not heard him? Maybe that was for the best. "I journal too, but I do it on paper and pen. Makes me sound old no?" Victor said with a chuckle.
Nasir: Yes because I still miss my home and my family.
Victor: I heard you have siblings here though with you and that you married.
"Yeah. I'm decent." He said with a small smile, but it grew as Victor spoke about beating the odds. It was very inspiring to hear that he didn't let his body limit him. He wondered if he could do the same. "That says a lot about you, more than you think." He said before pulling his phone. "I have a list on a blog, give me a moment."
"You are better than that." Victor said as he waited for Nolan to respond. However what he said before his answer made him smile. "Thanks. I try to think of that when my own darkness settles in." Did he say too much? He shook his head. "You have a blog?"
"I have. I have played sports, but it is not something I'm super passionate about." He told him with a smile. "Favorite movie? That's a hard one...I can give you like some that I really love, love."
"And yet you didn't do bad against me." Victor smiled a him. "I played sports to prove that I could do it. I love to do what people tell me I can't do." Victor said. He found purpose in doing that. "Yes, please go ahead."
