What drew you to Victarion in the first place?

I was born and raised in a very similar place to the Iron Islands so I was attracted to their setting and vibes before I stuck to him as a character.

Why Victarion? IDk. I have specific attributes that make me favorite a character and he his multiple of them.

Also I enjoy how done he is with everything and how every time he doesn't want to do something he still chooses to do it. Then suffers for it. Like bro. You're arguably the strongest, physically, and you have the most social clout in your family. You can do whatever you want.

+ I also hate Euron Greyjoy and would thoroughly enjoy seeing him trebuchet'd into the sun.

#I hope Balon and Quellon are sitting in the afterlife realizing that raising him to loyal to the point of stupidity was a bad idea #I know fandom thinks he's stupid but they don't seem to consider he was raised by his brother and father to behave a certain way #and then he also had to contend with Euron also pruning his personality in order to have a defense against him #There's plenty of times where Victarion knows exactly why something is being done and the consequences #like when Euron gives the shields to some of Victarion's best buddies.#like he knows Euron's gifts are poison but he can't properly articulate that to these people #and because Euron is now Lord Reaper he has to accept 'gifts' that he knows are 'poison'#because he's been raised to be loyal to his liege lord

In the year 2026, I fear we are the last Victarion fans remaining 😔
