I’m Back
some of you may have realised, that I have not posted as often as I use to. I went on a much needed hiatus, going on twist and turns in my spiritual journey and lacking in spare time. I am now really interested in testimonies. I will be posting my own testimonies and those of what I have heard, I believe testimonies is a powerful tool in spreading God's demonstrated power in every day lives. If you have any testimonies please message them into me and I will post them. Thank you and stay praising
Love her the way Christ loves her, way before ever saying hello to her

The mission
Jeremiah 1:5
Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
In todays society being a “Christian” has been obscured and twisted it has been diluted and sugar coated; all about being a “good” person but in reality it is about a sinful person trying and struggling to become good.
Our goal is to also help other sinners in where we can make them strong and let them also make us strong working together to get home to heaven.
It is not an easy job, in fact its a very hard one and near impossible one without God’s help and guidance; the good news is that he recognises us as people who can win this war against the invisible adversary known as the devil.
Right now God has called me to go on a mission, something I never thought I will never be doing but guys let us pray for one another and if you have any evangelism ideas please message me or comment.
This is the Sabbath rest God intended, out in nature discussing HIS nature
Jesus told us to watch. Why?
Because He knew we wouldn’t.
Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. (Matt 24:42)
Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour. (Matt. 25:13)
Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man. (Luke 21:36)
Instead of watching Jesus knew that we would:
be lovers of ourselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to our parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God. (2 Tim. 3:2-4)
So, Jesus warns us that:
the day of the Lord will come like a thief. (2 Pet. 3:10)
He goes so far as to blatantly & explicitly cry out:
“Behold, I come like a thief! Blessed is he who stays awake.” (Rev. 16:15)
But we’re still too distracted. We have so many things we “have to watch” that we can’t watch for Jesus and signs of His soon coming. The frequency & the intensity of the signs of the times are increasing at an amazing rate. The Bible prophecies are not “old news”. Rather, they are being “renewed” everyday by the frequent & intense signs that are being repeated. More than anything else, NOW is the time to Watch for the Signs of the Times and the Son of Man getting ready to come to Take Us Home.
Ask me anything and I will try answer from a biblical perspective
What is Failure?
John Ortberg states: "The decision to grow always involves a choice between risk and comfort. This means that to be a follower of Jesus, you must renounce comfort as the ultimate value of your life. And that’s sobering news to most of us, because we’re into comfort...but water walkers master failure... Did Peter fail?...Failure is not an event, but rather a judgment about an event. Failure is not something that happens to us or a label we attach to things. It is a way we think about outcomes...Did Peter fail? Well, I suppose in a way he did. His faith wasn’t strong enough. His doubts were stronger. 'He saw the wind.' He took his eyes off of where they should have been. He sank. He failed. But here is what I think. I think there were eleven bigger failures sitting in the boat. They failed quietly. They failed privately. Their failure went unnoticed, unobserved, uncriticized. Only Peter knew the shame of the public failure. But only Peter knew two other things as well. Only Peter knew other things as well. Only Peter knew the glory of walking on water. He alone knew what it was to attempt to do what he was not capable of doing on his own, then feeling euphoria of being empowered by God to actually do it. Once you walk on water, you never forget it--not for the rest of your life!" (Ortberg, If You Want to Walk on Water, You've Got to Get Out of the Boat, page 21-23).
Mark 4:39 Devo
Mark 4:39
And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.
I will be taking a different approach with this one, instead of a normal devotional I will be giving you a testimony in how this text is keeping me through the chaos of lately.
Alot of stuff happen in life where we just need some inner peace to get through it and that is all, not some joyous celebration or wonderous miracle, sometimes all we need is the inner peace as we wait on God.
lately to keep calm this is one of the few text I keep buried in my heart, when I am stressed, angry, or around other angry people I transport myself, back in time to imagine what it might have been like; to be in that storm and imagining Jesus calming the storm with an authority but smooth mannerism not worried or stressed and imagining the waves being still and the wind being quiet the thunder and lightning ceasing to be no more, imagining he is calming my thoughts and slowing my heart rate, take a deep breath and meditate on his awesomeness, visualising the whole scene and knowing Jesus is in the vessel of my heart during my stormy days he will one day command it all to be ok.
Balance of life
In this fight for life, eternal life I've learnt its a gift but someone paid a price It was blood not my blood no no that won't suffice It was an ultimate sacrifice paid by the one we call Christ It should have been me I look around I'm safe and sound what I have found is there was a time where I committed a crime In the past no doubt in the future story of my life and temptation is the starring feature I am just another scarred preacher I shouldn't be breathing walking or talking but instead sleeping ruined and like broken clay in every instance I have awoken, Awoken? But why every night I want to cry but I pray That I find the answer one day God told me I should stay he has chosen you to live another day I whisper I should pay, for only mid May and thousands haven't seen its sun ray, he loves and cherished and wish I not perish Confounded at his love that abounded what does my life amount to sins that cannot be counted but made sinless and in the book of life accounted For the wages of sin is death But I'm allowed to take.. another.... breath This makes no sense trying to wrap my head around your omnipotence Just highlighting my human incompetence The pain comes down like a trenchourous rain and from cursing I refrain because when the tears dry the rain flows away and no longer in disarray The blessings appear after only seeing red what I now see instead Is a rainbow Reminding me of the promise What u did on the cross Still in my weakness my actions deny you thrice before the cock crow It could've been me nay it should've been me But in the chaos of it all you saved us all from an eternal fall The world acting like it's a free for all brawl In my body I feel a spiritual brawl Physically it's pain at midnight while everyone is out having a ball I scream forsake me once and for all You only hold me closer telling me you will end it once and for all But you need me that's why you keep me I'm useless and low I can't even keep a constant sinless flow You made me like this Because you need me like this What can a fragile being do I'm barely seeing Out of the haze of my medicated gaze You promise to take me through a transformation, a phase and everyone who sees will be amazed
Colossians 4:2,3 Devo
Colossians 4:2,3
Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving; meanwhile praying also for us, that God would open to us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in chains,
In these times, the end times, prayer is more important than ever we pray with our eyes closed yet me must stay vigilant which is to be watchful, the sight we require is not one of physical sight but of a spiritual sight.
Darkness looms over this world, people are no longer seeking God and people are looking to shut God out, those who try and spread the light of this world will be persecuted directly and indirectly, but we must rejoice in this and give thanks because God continues to carry us through, as we carry the cross following him.
our feet may not be bound in chains, nevertheless; the world is trying to bound our mouths and trying to stop us from spreading the gospel message but through prayer God can break every chain.
The devil is using every means to sweep Gods children away from His presence. This takes place with one thing called ENTERTAINMENT. It seems so colourful and enjoyable, but take a minute to think about the word and how destructive it is? Take a minute and think about how ENTERTAINMENT distracted you from God and even from your course work or looking after your sick family member. People see ENTERTAINMENT in different ways; your ENTERTAINMENT could be TV, sex, dancing, reading books, playing game consoles, it could even be WhatsApp Messenger. How much time do you have for ENTERTAINMENT and how much time do have for your CREATOR? You may even find yourself sleeping during the church service. Let’s take look at the word ENTERTAINMENT Ok now split up the word ENTERTAINMENT Enter Tain Ment Now Enter obviously means to go into something Tain means to grab hold of something or someone Ments to mix things up, i.e. for Satan to mix you up with God's message and make you please him So put it all together and what does it mean? Entering something that will grab hold of you to be confused.
Tropical Fruit Juice --- Fruit Descriptions:- Strawberries: - Medicinal uses. (The Armenian folk used to use strawberries for medicinal practices such as gaining a better appetite, stabilizing digestion, anaemia, ulcers and heart diseases. In Germany, the leaves which strawberries are taken from also helped with spleen diseases, sleeplessness and bad breath.) - It has more Vitamin C than some citrus fruits. (Strawberries have more Vitamin C than oranges and other fruits. Vitamin C is needed for immune system function and for strong connective tissue.) - High in fibre. (When something is high in fibre it means that it promotes weight control and reduces the risk of developing obesity.) - High in potassium. (Potassium regulates our blood pressure; bone mass, nervous system, muscle function, and heart, kidney functions and it maintains the balance of pH levels in our body fluids.) - Reduces the chances of heart disease and certain cancers. (It reduces the chances of heart disease because it helps reduce inflammation associated with the risk factors that build up to give heart disease. It is able to deal with certain cancers because of the Vitamin C which is an antioxidant that attracts and neutralizes free radicals. Free radicals are those invasive, highly reactive molecules that damage the body’s natural cancer fighting cells.) Kiwis: - It helps boost your immune system. (This simply means that it strengthens your body’s response to all infections so you are less prone to getting diseases.) - It is rich in dietary fibre. (This helps to reduce high cholesterol levels and this in turn may reduce the risk of heart disease and a heart attack.) - It is a good source of copper, magnesium, vitamin E, and manganese. (Copper can help supply oxygen to the body and it helps to format the blood cells. Magnesium makes new cells, activates B vitamins, and relaxes nerves and muscles. Vitamin E protects your skin from ultraviolet light, prevents cell damage from free radicals and helps protect against cancers. Manganese functions in enzyme reactions concerning blood sugar and metabolism.) Oranges: - It is a great source of calcium. (It helps in the formation of bones and teeth and of nerve cells.) - It is a great source of folate. (It helps to prevent anaemia in pregnancy and it also helps to make normal red and white cells.) - It is also a great source of fibre and antioxidants. (Fibre helps your digestive system to process food and absorbs nutrients. Fibre lowers blood cholesterol and helps to control blood sugar levels, which in turn controls appetite. Antioxidants prevent and repair damage done by these free radicals. It also lowers the risk of cancer and infection.) Mangos: - Dysentery, Piles, Chronic Dyspepsia and Indigestion. (Dysentery is an inflammatory disorder of the intestine, especially of the colon, that results in severe diarrhoea containing mucus and/or blood in the faeces with fever and abdominal pain. Piles are areas in the anal canal where the tissue has become swollen. Dyspepsia can be defined as painful, difficult, or disturbed digestion, which may be accompanied by symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, heartburn, bloating, and stomach discomfort. Indigestion is also called dyspepsia and is a term that people use to describe a range of different symptoms relating to the stomach and gastro-intestinal system.) - It can also provide treatments for heart stroke, bilious disorders and scurvy. (Scurvy is a disease resulting from a deficiency of vitamin C. Bilious means suffering from liver dysfunction (and especially excessive secretion of bile)). - It is also high in Vitamin B6 and Vitamin A. (Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine hydrochloride, is essential for the metabolism of protein by the body, and the proper functioning of the nervous system and the immune system. It is also involved in the synthesis of hormones and red blood cells. Vitamin A has an essential role in vision (especially night vision), normal bone growth, reproduction and the health of skin and mucous membranes. It also acts as an antioxidant, protecting the body from harmful free radicals - this may help to reduce the risk of certain forms of cancer.)) Lime: - It helps to deal with colds and flus. (Its antiseptic, antimicrobial and mucus-revolving action makes limes useful during colds and flus. Antimicrobial simply means that is an agent that destroys micro organisms that might carry disease.) - They purify the breath. (Limes are known for the antibiotic effect. They destroy putrefactive bacteria in both the intestines and the mouth; used to purify the breath. Putrefaction is the decomposition of organic matter by bacteria, fungi, and oxidation, resulting in the formation of foul-smelling products; a rotting.) Ginger: - It provides Gastrointestinal Relief. (Ginger is very effective in preventing the symptoms of motion sickness, especially seasickness. It has even been proven with one study that ginger is far more superior to Dramamine, a commonly used over-the- counter and prescription drug for motion sickness.) - It is a safe and effective relief of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. (In a double-blind trial, ginger root brought about a significant reduction in both the severity of nausea and number of attacks of vomiting in 19 of 27 women in early pregnancy (less than 20 weeks). Unlike antivomiting drugs, which can cause severe birth defects, ginger is extremely safe, and only a small dose is required.) - It protects against Colorectal Cancer. (Gingerols, the main active components in ginger and the ones responsible for its distinctive flavour, may also inhibit the growth of human colorectal cancer cells.) - It induces Cell Death in Ovarian Cancer Cells. (Gingerols, the active phytonutrients in ginger, kill ovarian cancer cells by inducing apoptosis (programmed cell death) and autophagocytosis (self-digestion). Ginger extracts have been shown to have both antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-tumour effects on cells.)
Acts 4:13 Devo
Acts 4:13
Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and percieved that they were unlearned and ignorant men they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.
The beauty of God’s word the holy scriptures is that it can be understood by anybody, the elite of all educated professors, to just a small child; God has made sure that each and every single one of his precious people can understand his LOVE, his PLAN, and his PROMISES towards us.
Peter and John, average fishermen who are now bold in what they speak; teaching others what they know are marvelled at because of their transformation, this transformation that has happened was due to the time they spent with Jesus the word in flesh.
We are also entitled to such insight and wondrous transformations regardless of our past WE CAN CHANGE, how do we change? I hear you ask. We need not do much but spend quality time with the word then people can marvell and say look *insert name* is in connection with Jesus.
