The Dream Child and the Problem Child (part 3)
Matthew went to Home Sweet Home and as soon as he approached Kevin’s room he heard Kevin talking to Claire:
I’ve watched the ep 2 of Helluva Boss and there’s a scene that made me think about Uzi and her dad:
Khan is making breakfast and Uzi sits at the table while listening to music with headphones. Khan decides to talk to her:
Khan: Good morning Uzi!
Uzi: Hmmm…hi dad.
Khan:… So, did you sleep well?
Uzi: Uhhhh…I…guess?
Khan: Ummm, great! Ha ha…
An awkward silence fills the room for like 2 minutes and then Khan decides to break it:
Khan: So…Uzi…looks like you’re listening to music…
Uzi: mhm yeah.
Khan: You like listening to music it seems…right? *Nervous smile*
Uzi: *talks in the most sarcastic tone ever known to robo-god* No, I hate it, I’m just listening to this because I love torturing myself.
Khan: Oh yeah, sorry for the silly question. (HOW CAN I BE SO STUPID???) So, what are you listening to? Is it a new song or is it a song that you may have like…already heard…
Uzi: Yeah, technically. This is a nightcore version of one of my favorite songs called “I don’t wanna talk right now” by “Bite me dad”. It’s a band.
Khan: Oh…ok…that sounds…ummm cool…I guess?
Then, Uzi finishes eating her breakfast and goes to school.
Please, tell me if Uzi and Khan wouldn’t have a moment like this.

The Dream Child and the Problem Child (part 2)
Matthew was looking for Kevin in the Playcare, he asked the children if anyone had seen him but they didn’t seem to know until he decided to ask to Kevin’s best friend:
Matthew: Hi Joseph, I’m looking for Kevin because I haven’t seen him anywhere. Have you seen where he went? (Joseph seemed a bit concerned)
Joseph: I saw him going into Home Sweet Home, he seemed upset so I didn’t ask him what was wrong since I was a bit afraid that he would get irritated. Anyway, I think he went to his room…
Matthew: Ok, thank you, it’s just that I really need to talk to him.
Joseph: But…before you go…can I ask you something? (Matthew looked at the little boy who seemed really nervous)
Matthew: Of course you can, what is it? Is it about Kevin?
Joseph: Yeah, he really seemed upset and even stressed: when I tried to talk to him he just walked straight past me without even looking at me, actually he didn’t seem to be looking at anything at all, he was just staring down with an emotionless expression on his face. I remember that you took him to the counselor’s office because of that situation with Daniel, is it because of that? (Joseph was looking at Matthew with a very preoccupied look and Matthew smiled softly and gave him a hug for comfort)
Matthew: I’m really happy that Kevin has someone who cares so deeply about him, you are a good friend you know? Ok so, I took him to Miss Gracie’s office and the conversation didn’t go very well: he just gave some very “not nice answers” to say the least…I’m afraid that it just made him feel worse and so I wanted to talk to him in particular, maybe he’s going to be more relaxed if there isn’t anyone else around.
(Joseph sat on a bench and tapped it for Matthew to sit at his side)
Joseph: Listen, I’m gonna tell you something very important, but do not tell Kevin that I said it because he isn’t ready to talk about it: Kevin may not show it, but he is much more vulnerable than he looks, he got really sad when he realized that Daniel was always laughing in his back, making mean commentaries about him to other kids and when he and Kevin were together, he used to say things that weren’t very nice but Kevin never minded because he thought those were only jokes since he really used to trust him. But when he caught him saying bad things about him to other kids, he ran away to his room and started crying, I went to comfort him but as soon as he stopped crying, he just went back and started punching Daniel. Kevin may sometimes look very strong and confident while other times he may look serious and even aggressive, but he is actually so sensible and vulnerable to the point that he can read between other people’s words in such a brutal way that he can get everything wrong and just…think that they are trying to say something else that isn’t good. So please, be very careful and think about everything you’re going to say when you talk to him…ok?
(Matthew nodded his head in response)
Matthew: Thank you, I promise I will. Take care of yourself and your friends too.
Joseph: Ok *sniff* I will.
Matthew: *giggles* Are you about to cry?
Joseph: *sniff* Maybe…?
Matthew: *hugs him tightly* Awwww, you are such a sweetheart.
Joseph: Ok, I think I’m better now…so, see you soon?
Matthew: Yeah, see you soon. Now I’m going to talk to the other sweetheart.
(Joseph giggles but then he switches to a very serious expression)
Joseph: Now really, if Kevin hears you calling him that, he’ll kill you.
Matthew: ……………..understood……….
(I’ve decided to dedicate part 2 to Matthew talking to Joseph because I think he deserves to be mentioned, part 3 is going to be Matthew and the angry bean of doom. Remember to drink water, eat healthy food and sleep well at night. Bye!)🍷
The Dream Child and the Problem Child (part 1)
During a day in the Playcare, Kevin starts a fight with a kid and Matthew stops the fight and takes Kevin to the Counselor’s office where he has a conversation with Miss Gracie. After it’s over, in part 2, Matthew tries to have a little talk with Kevin but he becomes suspicious of him due to his trust issues and things get really messy.

Let’s analyze what we know so far about the Prototype (part 1)

So, after the revelations of chapter 5 we not only know his appearance but also his identity which is: surprise, surprise, Oliver or just “Ollie”.
During the tape between him and Elliot Ludwig, the way they talk to each other seems like Oliver was an orphan adopted by Elliot (probably after Poppy’s death) and he was turned into an experiment. People say that maybe Oliver was turned into a Jack in the Box kind of toy which makes sense since we know that Harley Sawyer used the Prototype as base for the BBI (Bigger Body Initiative) with the first one of them being Boxy Boo so, it makes sense that the first BBI experiment would have inspirations on the Prototype himself. Another thing we know is that Oliver was nothing but a test subject to bring Poppy back. Elliot thought that he already had what he needed to resuscitate her, but still he didn’t want to risk it so he first experimented on someone else to see if it would work. One more thing we have to point out is that Oliver being a Jack in the Box reflects Elliot’s initial plans for him: maybe he was planning to close him in the box and never open it again, leaving Oliver lonely forever. But maybe Elliot actually felt bad for him (still I don’t think he really loved him) so he told Ollie that he could join their family once Poppy was back and that he could meet her and become her brother and so Ollie accepts.
During the game events we see how intelligent the Prototype is and that makes me think if Ollie was kind of a prodigy, yes, I know that years have passed but I think all that intelligence didn’t come out of nowhere. Now, of course we can see that the Prototype’s arms and spider legs do not came with his jester design because I don’t think Elliot would give him such scary and deadly things like those, I think the Prototype built them by himself (or Harley did): the spider legs for him to move around and the needle fingers to shove them in Theodore’s mouth- to use them to kill his victims since the Prototype is also known for being very violent. Now, about his relationship with Poppy: During chapter four we see a tape where Poppy is crying because of how she suffers in the hands of the scientists and Ollie comforts her and there’s something curious about it: in chapter four the Prototype was using Ollie’s voice (his true voice) to trick Poppy and take down her team but the tape was made before the Hour of Joy and so before Poppy even revolted against him so it means that the Prototype was really comforting Poppy during her mental breakdown like a brother. We also know how obsessed the Prototype is about Poppy and he explains that in that exact same tape: “talking to you makes me feel like a piece of me is still here.”
We know how that the Prototype told Elliot that Ollie is gone because of the experiments, but he sees Poppy as his only hope of feeling like he is still a human and not a monster. Just imagine yourself: Just a little kid turned into an experiment, you look completely inhuman and you see that you where only used because your “foster father” wanted to bring his true daughter back and that makes you think “What am I? He only used me to get his true child back. If his daughter is back, what’s gonna happen to me? Am I gonna be abandoned? Is he going to get rid of me? Did he even loved me at all?” Then, he tells you that you can still join their family and then there’s his daughter and you can be her brother and you notice that you are both going through the same thing, that you are both in shock because of what happened. Then you comfort her, you talk to her about your and her problems, you become someone she trusts, someone she loves and you remember that monsters cannot love and so you understand that there’s still humanity in you, that maybe deep down you’re not a monster, but you can only think that being with her is the only way to make you feel like that and that feeling must be addictive… You think that she is your only hope of not feeling like you’re a monster, that if you both cannot die, you can be a family forever and that you will not feel lonely ever again because you will always have your dear sister by your side and she will always have YOU by her side, two hearts that will always cling to each other. Your entire humanity is completely dependent on her and if you lose her…Ollie dies.

(I’ve decided that I’m gonna wait for chapter 6 to make the part 2, let’s also hope chapter 6 is the last chapter for the sake of this franchise)

I’m sending this post because obviously I’m gonna analyze the Prototype soon because of the current results in the voting.
Self Conditioned
I think she totally deserved it, but at the same time I feel kinda bad. I don’t know, it’s complicated.
Not me waking up thinking about Ollie being represented by the fool card and Prototype still dressing that way as if trying to hold onto who he once was.
Also, the Fool can embody the characteristics of any other Major Arcana cards. It changes based on it's experiences. The people in his life literally made him a monster physically and psychologically. He started at 0 and was surrounded by horrible monsters. It was the only frame of reference he had.
Also, also, the pic of the fool in PP is missing the dog, which is a companion to the fool that warns him of approaching danger. Letting him know to look where he currently is instead of always up (to heaven). Ollie literally had had to learn to protect himself. He had no one else.
