Black Hat Organization Camp for Young Villains
Training and advisory for gifted kids to turn them from evil imps to fearsome villains. Is the "Mi Villanía" kit not enough? Want to lock your little spawn away so you can enjoy a well-deserved vacation? Well, the Black Hat Organization Camp is exactly what you need. Here, your repulsive offspring will stop behaving like a child sticking bubble gum on their friends’ hair and start sticking genetically manufactured parasites on their hideous faces as any respectable villain would.
All of our counselors are capable of handling the little beasts you call children and turn them into respectable and powerful villains. This Camp is an extra service, free only if your child is subscribed to the Black Hat Organization Institute. If not, the payment is made every month and the details will be specified in person before your little urchin can enjoy our almost deadly training.
The Black Hat Organization Camp counts with many activities to enhance the talent to perform acts of villainy, but naturally not everyone can be a winner. The camp offers competitions to measure the evil capacity of the lad, and the top three performers receive a grant to use on their evil plans. The total duration of the camp is of twelve months, with the chance to subscribe again if they wish to be winners the current year, or reincorporate as counselors for the organization.

D3M Service - Asset D3M
Asset D3M is one of our top requested services in Black Hat Organization. In order for Asset D3M to work, you must present important information via V-mail that will be sent to queue and arrive at the moment of the organization’s convenience. Your information will be saved on the database and processed.
Disclaimer: several customers have wanted to keep D3M once the asset completes its service. Though it is not necessarily forbidden, the organization recommends against it, as most customers who have made the request have promptly regretted it.

Hero Extermination - Heroic Extermination
Our staff is trained to locate, pursue and execute any hero who dares stand in the way of our costumes through painful, unethical and unorthodox methods that shall remain unknown to the customers due to their gruesome nature. However, for an extra fee, Black Hat Organization is more than willing to share details and even footage of the deed.
There are several steps to order the hero extermination services:
1. Information of the target. In order to be prepared to enable combat, the staff demands information about the hero to be eliminated, you will provide information such as: hero name, powers and region. Our staff will do the rest.
2. Wait for delivery. Depending of the status of your order, whether you want the hero dead or alive, the lapse of handing over the target covers from one day if the target is dead, to three or four days if the target is alive. The target will be handed to you personally by the staff.
3. Payment. You cannot receive without giving anything in return. This service has the most expensive payment requirement of all: your soul, which will be taken personally by the founder of the organization Lord Black Hat himself. By signing a contract agreeing with terms and conditions of the Black Hat Organization, the customer hands over all control over their immortal soul. If the customer is not in possession of a soul personally, arrangements can be made (such as delivery of several souls, even if not belonging to the customer).
4. Enjoy. Now that there are no more pebbles on your shoe, all you have to do is get outside and start causing mayhem while there are no heroes around!
Black Hat Organization Institute
Black hat organization is owner of the most prestigious institute for young aspiring villains. Children of the most infamous and worst criminals in the globe who want their heritage to follow their evil steps in villainy and, in rare cases, kids who hate their hero parents, or renegade young heroes who believe the evil way is best.
For all of them we have special classes with teachers known for being successful villains forced to stay and show to the kids how a villain is made, with activities like:
1. Steal the diamond
2. Obstacle villain race
3. Wrestling
4. Dodgeball (on fire)
As well as classes focused on evil purposes like:
1. Chemestry (of evil)
2. Biology (of evil)
3. Robotics (of evil)

Bonnivet (recognized as Supreme Leader Bonnivet) is a high-ranking villain, and serves as a background character.
She's an interplanetary conqueror, and seemingly has a playful, mischievous personality. She held the hero Airlock prisoner for 2 years, but it's unclear if they ever met face-to-face. Not much else is known about her at this time. Bonnivet is a client of Black Hat Organization.

Twin Shadow is a rookie hero, and serves as a minor antagonist of the comic series El Atraco Arriesgado (A Risky Robbery).
She's a spunky, enthusiastic young hero that doesn't seem to fully grasp P.E.A.C.E.'s corruption. She can duplicate herself up to 11 times, with every clone representing a different part of her personality, though she usually stops at 10. She's coworkers with Miss Heed, and seems to know King Casino is undeniably a villain. Twin Shadow assumedly works for P.E.A.C.E.
Black Hat is the ultimate villain, and serves as the face of the entire Villanos (Villanous) franchise. He appears in every single Villainous episode, comic, book, etc. to currently be published.
Despite this, not much is truly known about Black Hat. It's a malevolent creature allegedly made of pure evil, it takes pleasure from other people's pain, uses people's souls as payment during deals, and it likes watching telenovelas in its free time. He currently employs (and lives with) the henchmen Dr. Flug, Demencia, and experiment 5.0.5.. It also has direct ties to "Boo," the hero Miss Heed, and the villain Don Porccini. He is the owner and founder of Black Hat Organization.
Demencia (spelled Dementia in english) (and seemingly known as "El Alebrije" outside of personal circles) is a top-ranking villain henchman, and serves as the secondary protagonist of the animated series Villanos (Villainous).
She's a crazed and obsessive girl, and seemingly part lizard after experimentation from her coworker Dr. Flug, who also named her. She possesses inhuman levels of strength and agility, and has a passion for violence. She has a strange fascination with the notorious villain Black Hat, an arch-rivalry with the hero Miss Heed, and an odd friendship with experiment 5.0.5.. Demencia is an employee of Black Hat Organization.

Mawrasite (affectionately called "Mawrie") is a low-ranking villain, and serves as the secondary protagonist of the comic series El Atraco Arriesgado (A Risky Robbery), as well as (potentially) the upcoming animated series Lazos de Ladrones (Ties of Thieves). She also briefly cameos in the background of Season 1, Episode 6 of the animated series Villanos (Villainous).
She's an anxious, easygoing woman with an omnivorous parasite in her abdomen. The parasite is sentient, and acts separately from Mawrasite herself. She tends to rely on it for most combat, as she herself seems squeamish during actual fights. She attended Black Hat Institute during her youth, and she's best friends with the villain Illuminarrow. Mawrasite is a client of Black Hat Organization.
Penumbra is a high-ranking villain, and serves as a supporting character in Season 1, Episode 1 of the animated series Villanos (Villainous), as well as the comic series Rescate Reducido (Reduced Rescue).
She's an intelligent, sweet environmentalist with a passion for mad science. After causing a major accident in her hometown of Atreno City, she turned herself and almost half of the city's population into Umbrans. She has an arch-rivalry with the hero Sunblast, a close friendship with the villain Dr. Flug, she creates the arrows that the villain Illuminarrow uses, and has a pet mouse named Curie. Penumbra is a client of Black Hat Organization.

V.I.R.U.S. (styled as VIRUS for ease of communication) is a mid-ranking villain, and serves as a supporting character in Season 1, Episode 4 of the animated series Villanos (Villainous), as well as in the comic series El Atraco Arriesgado (A Risky Robbery).
They're a sarcastic and blunt AI created by P.E.A.C.E., though they eventually betrayed their creators to become a solo-villain. They briefly used a BHO satellite as their base of operations, but otherwise they do not possess a physical form or home location. VIRUS tends to lean more neutral in their alliances, making deals with multiple people at once to get what he wants. He's a client of Black Hat Organization.

Gold Heart is a top-ranking hero, and serves as an implied antagonist in the animated series Villanos (Villainous).
He's shown to be a cocky, confident hero with an outwardly polite personality. He's a member of P.E.A.C.E., making him coworkers with the hero Miss Heed. He once held an arch-rivalry with the villain Dr. Flugslys. Not much else is known about him at this time.

Miss Heed is a high-ranking hero, and serves as the primary antagonist in Season 1, Episode 6 of the animated series Villanos (Villainous).
She is a deceptive, tragic, and attention-seeking hero, who utilized her evaporation abilities to mind control people with her love serum. She has connections to the villains Don Porccini, Dr. Flug, and Coyote, and she has an arch-rivalry with the villain Demencia. She's a member of P.E.A.C.E., and has a special fascination with the hero Gold Heart. She is also coworkers with the hero Omega. In her youth, she attended Black Hat Institute, but dropped out before graduating. Miss Heed is technically a Cap level member of Black Hat Organization, but is likely not recognized as such in any capacity.

Almost nothing is known about this character, not even their name, but fans affectionately refer to them as "Boo," thanks to their only spoken line of dialogue. They appear at the end of the El Atraco Arriesgado (A Risky Robbery) comic series.
Boo has unknown ties to Black Hat Organization, but appears to be a Bowler Hat level member. Boo can be seen appearing from another villain's shadow, but it is unclear if they actually possess shadow manipulation abilities, or if they're acting as a henchman for Black Hat.
Dr. Flug (formerly known as Dr. Flugslys, his actual last name) is a top-ranking villain henchman, formerly a top-ranking solo villain, and serves as the primary protagonist of the animated series Villanos (Villainous).
He's an ego-maniacal pilot, supergenius, and head scientist for Black Hat Organization. He attended Black Hat Institute in his teenage years, and has a doctorate in mad science, minoring in zoology and botany. He's coworkers with another henchman, Demencia, arch-rivals with the hero Gold Heart, has ties to the hero Miss Heed, is close friends with the villain Penumbra, and is the henchman of the notorious villain, Black Hat. He's also the father of his own creation, experiment 5.0.5. Flug is at the very least a Cap level member of Black Hat Organization, though he's likely much higher than that.
