I Need Help Unburying Myself From Borrow Debt After Getting Stuck in a Loop of Borrowing to Help Me Pay Rent

So, as the title states, I messed up and I now owe $512.13. I was having a really rough financial time a few months ago when my hours at work were reduced temporarily (I work retail). I wasn't able to make rent and I didn't want to continue to push my luck with my dad. This resulted in me needing to get money from Ca$hApp to pay it. Then bills came up the following week and I had to take out money for that too. And it has just continued to spiral. My hours are back up and I feasibly SHOULD be able to pay rent with what I'm making, but all of my paychecks are going towards this debt and perpetuating the cycle.

I feel so humiliated admitting to this situation and asking for help, but I really don't know what to do here. The current largest amounts I owe total up to $359.88. If I can get help paying off that chunk, I believe I can dig myself the rest of the way out.
