fantasy au where scar and bdubs are teens who don’t know how to control their powers and only have each other in this world and meet cleo, a witch who takes them under her wing and teaches them how to use their magic and teaches them what being safe feels like

bdubs’ power is dimension hopping. he accidentally hops them into witchcraft world or something and thats how they meet cleo. scar would either have super strength or some kind of physical manipulation powers, like being able to manipulate reality to his will. cleo’s the only one willing to help them bc she’s INSANE and maybe a little lonely but she won’t admit that

maybe she just doesn’t want them causing any more ruckus. she’ll kick them out when they’ve got themselves under control. shes not dreading the day scar and bdubs leave at all. she doesn’t see them as her children one bit and she does not cry at night thinking about it. scar and bdubs also grow to see her as a parental figure and calling her mom started as a joke but then became real and they also are dreading the day they have to leave. scar’s never felt safe anywhere before and bdubs has never been so happy but they’re starting to understand how to calm their powers and surely cleo will be kicking them out any day soon.

i find it very funny that bam, the most loyal and supportive team had all their members go out first, while the Tuff “we’re dysfunctional on PURPOSE” Guys lasted the longest with all members standing

bam & tuff guys also all died within rapid succession of their teammates, i think the parallels are so interesting bc those teams were polar opposites

i need to do some sort of in depth team analysis type thing on them bc they are rotating around my brain
