I don't know what's happened I've gone from being totally fine and being able to enjoy myself again to suddenly taking a massive turn now I feel like crap my anxiety and body dis morphia have kicked in hard and I can feel old urges scratching away wanting to come back

The weight of everything had finally hit me and I'm struggling now. Its going to be another tough year but hopefully I'll be able to push on and keep going. Not happy with myself

My body feels dead and is screaming for me to just rest but I keep pushing myself. I may not feel great now but hopefully I'll benefit from it later

I'm not going to let this year be like the past few years, I'm going to try and channel my anger and stuff into a more positive way. It's time for change and I'm determined to make it happen.

Everyone wakes up to face some challenge in the day and for some people the day holds more then one. Be supportive and help motivate people to achieve what they want.

When you see the friend that you look up to most have the same problems that you have. Makes everything seem so shit but I'm just happy that he has someone there who's helping him.
