If you are living a life apart from God; falling into sin, pain, sorrow, frustration or despair – you need a rescuer, a Saviour, Jesus Christ! He alone can set you free from the sin and mess you are in. All you have to do is, cry out to Him, and lay those problems at His feet. No sooner than your prayers fill the air, will He hasten and come to your rescue

When we accept Jesus as our Saviour, we are rescued by God. Rescued from the kingdom of darkness to the Kingdom of His Son, from a life of sin to a life pleasing to God, from emotional distress, from the pain of trying to live life on our own and from spending eternity apart from His love.

Dear Lord, I need you.  Please rescue me. Work in and through my life, and help me live a life that glorifies Your name.

always reblog! I say that b/c the anti-gun movement isn’t seeing the big picture. If a movement can limit law abiding citizens rights to bear arms using the government to do so then once that is done what is in place to protect the other rights that we have in the constitution. The anti-gun movement want’s more and more restrictions placed on gun owners, but don’t understand that very same tactic can be used for other rights a ‘certain group’ doesn’t agree with and unfortunately, the anti-gun movement doesn’t or can’t understand that. Sad really.
