The nameless ghouls are, as the name suggests, ghouls. They're from a popular swedish metal/rock band called Ghost, and they're all masked during performances, so fanartists in the fandom like the make their own designs for each ghoul. Nameless ghoul designs can range from basically just humans with horns and tails, to elderich horrors that hardly resemble humans.

Ghouls are usually headcanoned to be summoned from the Pits (of hell), as the band follows a satanic aesthetic. Though, I have seen various headcanons on a.) how ghouls are summoned b.) how ghouls come into existence and c.) if ghouls can be found on the surface without being summoned by the ministry

Kits are the popular fanon name for baby ghouls (though, i've also sometimes seen them called pups), and the ghouls kits that I drew were those of two ghoulettes (female ghouls) named Cumulus and Tempest/Haze. Ghoul kits are not canon in any way, purely part of the fandom spaces.
