*BAM hits Janus with the Origin laser*

*Janus is now an Inchling! As the name suggests, he’s about an inch tall, with moth-like features. Don’t ask me why I picked this one I thought it would be funny. Also there are no snake Origins.*

*At first Janus sighs. Not again. He stretches and- Wings????? He inspects the soft fuzzy Atlas Moth wings on his back with his gloved hands, flapping them to get a feel for movement. He has no idea how to fly with these.... welp. He then inspects the fuzzy antennas with his hands. He'll have to find some bite sized mirror.*

*He noticed his snake-eye felt off, his vision was very much different.. why are things so... colorful? He places a hand over his eye- where his scales should be he is met with fuzz. What DID the anons do to him???*

*Enderian!Logan sneezes and teleports into Janus' room. Oh gods. OH GODS- HE'S LIKE 10 FEET TALL!! He looks horrifying with Janus being only an inch tall* [Janus?] *Oh! Lovely! He also isn't speaking english*

*Janus flinches back at the sudden teleportation- what is that. what is that. why is it like 10 something feet tall. Jan flaps his wings just once to launch himself backwards. Its not flying and not very far but he lands somewhere near his bed.*

*Once Jan recoups he squints at the thing with his uncovered eye- Is that? That can't be Logan right?* Moonlight?

*Logan looks around. He heard that, the hell?* [Janus? Where are you?] *He's speaking in a wheezing sounding language. The hell? Eventually his eyes land on Janus. That is a large bug. He kneels down next to the bed. Wait a minute. That's not a bug? Well- not exactly. Is that Janus?* [The hell???]

*Jan backs up further. Not entirely sure this thing is Logan. He doesn't understand a word of what the thing said. If those noises were language at all. Janus lifts his hands to be as non threatening as possible. His eye darts around as he examines the tall creature before him.*

... Logan is that you?

*Logan nods* [Janus? Why are you so small??] *Logan's tail flicks with curiosity behind him. Small Janus looks different than normal* [Your eye is different] *Logan gestures to his own eye while talking to the tiny Janus* [You look like a moth]

*Janus untenses once Logan acknowledges his name* So I see they got us both.

*Janus drops his hand from his snake eye- well, its a moth eye now. He tries to comprehend exactly what he's looking at. Its feels similar to how his pit-organs would process heat... but visual. And so many more colors... He can't even begin to describe Logan. He's been silent for a moment-*

No apologies, this isn't hard to adjust too... Can you speak?

[Haven't I- oh. He can't understand me.] *He should've known this. He begins to speak english but it sounds strained coming from his mouth. He wasn't built to make human sounds. It's clear he's struggling* It-s h.. hhhert. *he struggles with the 'h' and 'd' sounds apparently*

*Janus gestures for Logan to stop* If it's going to hurt, dont.

*Janus look's logan's face over, does he even have a mouth? And those eyes... what color even are those eyes. They're vibrant, beautiful as ever, he doesn't realize he's staring*

*Logan finds it physically difficult to maintain eye contact. He tries but it almost makes him scared (maybe even mad?) to keep looking at Janus' eyes. It's absurd. Jan's just looking at him. But it feels wrong. It's wrong. It's wrong-*

*Suddenly Logan is across the room and covering his eyes, even he wasn't expecting that to happen. There was a flurry of purple and he was just gone. Huh*

*Janus jumps again at the sudden teleportation. He had to cover his eyes it was so blinding... Where did Logan go?*

Logan? Moonlight?

*He can't really travel to far, but he sees those wispy blue particles- are they blue? They look blue adjacent, like a warmer blue... He can see them across the room*

[No look. Don't look. Please] *Why did eye contact feel like the end of the world? His tail was waving back and forth maybe as a way to self soothe? Maybe as a way to alert to not approach? Janus isn't an expert on whatever this means*

Logan? *He attempts to get closer but its far too far a walk.* what happened?

*He decides to stand where he is for now. Waiting for Logan to come back.*

*Deep breaths. In a few moments Logan takes his hands off his eyes and open them. No more eyes. Logan slowly crosses back to be in front of Janus, eyes cast down* Nu- Nnno. Llllllloo'. Pllllea-zhe

*No look? Janus looks down, avoiding looking at Lo entirely.* You seem alright. Deep breaths.

*Janus gets closer and very carefully places a hand on one of Logan’s fingers.* I will look, don’t worry.

*Logan does what can be percieved as a smile but it looks weird not having a mouth to smile with* [Thank you] *Janus might not be able to understand but Logan hopes he still gets the gist*

*That sounded vaguely like “thank you”, at least Janus registers it as such.* You’re welcome.

*Janus is so small compared to Logan. So so tiny. Actual bug size. His hand can’t even wrap around Logan’s finger. It doesn’t look like his arms could if he tried to hug. So smol. Inch toll.*

*Logan holds his hand out for Janus to step onto, wanting to examine Smol Jan even if he doesn't want to be looked at* [You're so tiny. Little Jan. So short] *He so itty bitty. Logan's tail swishes behind him. Smol Jan so cute*

*Janus hesitates but climbs in, he holds on to the side of Logan’s thumb for dear life. Any amount of high is too high.* Careful. Careful.

[I will be careful] *Logan doesn't raise Janus from the ground. He just wanted the little Janus in his hand. He's found he very much likes holding things. He doesn't know why but he feels less on edge with an item, or in this case a Janus, in his hands*

*Logan has been pacing for a bit trying to think of how to get out. He hears Janus and immediately goes to the door* Janus? Was that you? *he sounds very relieved and slightly out of breath. He does not like being in the dark. No thank you*

*it does budge. Logan has tried it many times* Physically I'm fine but I can't do anything! I can't see because my lights are off or even sink out because the door is locked!

Logan, I need you to breathe, alright? *Janus says in a calm and level voice. He hides his overwhelming concern well. How did Logan get locked in? This is bad. This is really bad.* Can you see under the door at all? Any light?

*Logan takes a few deep breaths* No. There's no light. Not even my stars are glowing. *the glow in the dark stars on his ceiling that are there in case of emergency power outages* The only reason I know I'm still in my room is because I tripped over my chair and fell. I can't summon anyone or anything. I have no access to anything except what's in my room and I can't break the door or walls. I've tried. My window even disappeared. I don't even know if I'm running out of oxygen. I might be. You might not even actually be here. I may be hallucinating you due to hypoxia. I could be unconscious and Thomas could be dying without my influence. *hes trying to speak calmer and breathe slow because Janus is right. He should breathe. But also there are so many possibilities. Too many "what if" scenarios that he'd normally rule out but who knows what could happen in this state? Anything and everything is a potential possibility. And thanks to Virgil he's aware of even the most obscure of them*

Everything is going to be ok. *Janus hopes that Logan takes his words as truth, even if Lo takes what he’s saying as deceit through his panic, he can work around it.*

I'm calm. And I believe you. Im thinking through all possibilities Jan. If I do run out of oxygen what happens then? Will Thomas gain a new Logic? *he leans his back against the door and slides down so he's sitting* Would that Logic be better for him? Would Thomas just go without Logic? Virgil was able to choose to go back. I've tried unlocking my door and sinking out. I'm stuck Janus. Stuck stuck.

He’s not as tired as he usually is when he speaks this, but it’s a clear method to avoid misunderstanding for now* I'll have to get the others first, alright?

Ok. Does that mean you're leaving for a bit to get them? *he tries not to sound upset or frightened but being alone earlier terrified him. It's hard not to have at least a slight edge of fear in his voice*

*Logan's eyes widen and he stands up now frantic again* Oh god I forgot all about Melody. My room is still cold. What happens if she's too cold for too long? *his footsteps head away from the door. There's faint bump. Then "ow". Then him feeling the sides of the tank to see how warm it is* Melody? You alright?

Logan, Logan calm down. *Sigh* How cold is it in your room right now? Her terrarium should retain heat well.

I set it to 65 normally. The side of it feels warm enough for now. *taking deep breaths* Becoming more irrational won't solve anything. *he walks back over to the door and sits back down continuing to breathe in patterns* I'm alright. Melody is alright. Thomas is alright. We'll be okay. It will be okay.

Hello, which is my favoriting? Out of all of the pieces I have made.. I would say my favorite is Janbald-

though I am very proud of the bald series in general which that has not quite yet ended. There are other things I have in the works that I am pretty proud of but I haven’t yet posted.

I will say I really love all of them however as they got me to practice a bit more with lighting and shading since I got to practice with real refs rather then what I usually draw which is oc’s! Plus it’s kinda really helped my ability drawing more masc figures.
