after long contemplation here is my finalised list of the type of dog i think each aftg character would have:

Neil- some stray mutt idk but definitely straggly

Andrew- cat

Kevin- Greyhound.

Jean- Golden retriever (it reminds him of someone) & jab ofc

Jeremy- Black Labrador ( it reminds him of someone) & jab ofc

Allison- Rottweiler (duh)

Aaron-Whippet (people get confused between his and kevin’s dogs all the time and really annoys him)

*its OBVIOUSLY not a greyhound nicky*

Nicky- Chocolate labradoodle (two of them)

Dan- German shepard (she got him when he was rejected from police training puppy school)

Matt- Cocker spaniel!

Cat and Layla - co-own jerejean’s dogs duh

Renee- English Boxer

Wymack- PUG( also was a stray )

Abby- Has enough on her hands bless her

Betsy - Newfoundland (comes to all therapy sessions) *Renee buys dog safe hair dye to dye its tail matching hers *
