DOCTOR WHO | 6.01 “The Impossible Astronaut”
BETH I look at it as like she’s a big sister and a mother and a best friend and all that in one. The fact that, Sophie’s able to guide her and give her advice and help her with cons–my take on it anyway is I’m the other girl in there, so it’s kind of like [she] knows what I can sort of accept and process and the way I do it, but I look at it as her trying to help me understand relationships so she lets me in on some things. GINA I’ve never had this conversation with Jon [Rogers], but I think um–I don’t have a sister, I’ve got two brothers. And Beth is like a sister to me and I– [Gina tears up]. CROWD Awwwww! BETH Oh my god, I love you! GINA I love her so much, and she’s allowed me to experience that feeling of having a sister, and Jon [Rogers] has been inspired by that a lot of times.

love by season 3 the team is so dedicated to good-doing, they're all "well, we're out here being ROBIN HOOD, if you want to stay in prison and MISS OUT on all the GOOD WE'RE doing, that's you're business" to Nate

Round 1, Poll 64: Leena Christinger vs Rebecca Ibanez
Leena Christinger Episode: 1x04 The Snow Job Character: Sophie Danke schoen. My pleasure. And can I just say? Huge fan. Really? Absolutely. Luge? I live for it. The speed, the ice, all that… latex, the, uh, helmet.
Rebecca Ibanez Episode: 3x16 The San Lorenzo Job Character: Sophie Uh, my name is, uh, Rebecca Ibanez, and…Well, we were trying to keep this a big secret, but, yes, as Michael’s grandmother used to say -- “the truth is a light, and the light must shine.” We’re getting married!
Last poll of round 1!!

S01E01: *the only thing that could get them all in the same place at the same time is not getting paid* S02E01: *the only thing that could get them all in the same place at the same time is showing up to support Sophie at one of her shows*
The first rule of fandom is have fun. The second rule of fandom is find an enabler and become an enabler. Yes you should write that fic. What if it was even hornier? What if it was angstier? What if you wrote it just for me?
it never stops being funny that BBC Sherlock blew so much of its astronomical budget on overproduced filmmaking gimmicks and meanwhile Leverage managed to look easily 10x more interesting and dynamic with a budget of $7 and one steadicam operator named Gary
The Snow Job exists in my head as a fairly serious episode because of Nate’s spiraling and the tension and arguments around it, it’s a pretty pivotal developmental episode for the whole crew in terms of seeing how bad it could get and realizing they’re going to have to make hard decisions about where they stand with each other when it does.
But then I actually watch it and yes, that may be the important part for the season’s arc, but actually most of the episode consists of Parker and Eliot doing slapstick comedy in the background while Sophie tries to cope with the realization that the mark genuinely has a luge fetish.
