hi. i've almost completely abandoned tumblr the past few years and it makes me very sad as i've been on here for 4-5 years and that's basically most of my youth. although i feel old now having turned 21 in november last year

tbh i'm not doing too well. my anxiety have come back really badly and after 5 years of anxiety medication, my doctor has raised my dosage. also i don't sleep well, like ever. haven't slept normally for 2-3 months now

it's 4 am, i'm a mess in life. bye
