i just found eiji's photo portfolio and...

all of the shots are so intimate and beautiful but ash looking at eiji so lovingly here- this illustration made me cry

this ash too, its so tender and domestic

eiji cut his hair after garden of light :,)

and his outfit here is one big reference to ash: white shirt and jeans, converse and he's also likely wearing ash's glasses

one of my favourite things about ash lynx is that he was so unrelentingly kind, even though the world had been so cruel to him. he could’ve easily become another blanca or another arthur, could’ve exacted revenge on everyone who did him wrong (and there were many such people) and he just. didn’t. he was sweet to michael, kind to eiji since they first met, even though he didn’t know him. he even saved his own father, who did nothing to protect ash from the abuse he was experiencing. like he’s just so invariably and undoubtedly GOOD it hurts my soul.
