They say all things happen for a reason. A part of you might now be wondering if perhaps that is true. After all, it isn’t as if you exactly asked for this new life of yours, no, you were ‘chosen’ though perhaps you still aren’t quite sure why.
What’s so special about you?
Up until now your life had had been normal after all. You went about your day, simply getting by like everyone else did, life was routine, life was ordinary, everything was expected.
You stare at the screen ( when had you opened this browser? You don’t quite remember, it doesn’t even really look all that much like a normal web page does it? ) but somehow, you feel almost compelled to read it

Hello! If you are reading this it must be because you are one of us! You know, someone who was chosen? A defender of justice and peace and love and all that other good stuff! Magi!
I’m not sure how you found this page, maybe your guardian fairy told you, or maybe you stumbled into it, but know that the only people who are able to find this site are people like us, people like you. We are all here to support each other! To protect one another! To help out in anyway we can! Because saving the world can be tough, but now, we don’t have to do it alone!
I’m sure chances are you are new to this whole “defending everyone and saving your city from total destruction by the hands of evil thing” but honestly it’s not AS bad as it sounds Yeah, it’s tough don’t get me wrong, I’m sure a lot of you are have experienced that first hand already.
Fighting monsters, defending the lives of the innocent, trying to do it all while keeping the whole thing secret and still be able to have enough time to study for that big test tomorrow.
It can all be a little bit too much at times.
It’s not easy, it can even be a little scary, and while so many of us have taken up this whole mantle of responsibility, there are some who decided that perhaps they wanted something else.. Something hard work and determination couldn’t quite offer quick enough.. But we can worry about those people later.
Anyway, I’m sure you all have A LOT of questions, which is fine, that’s kinda to be expected isn’t it? But know I’m here to help you, WE are all here to help you. Because for some reason or another you were seen as having the qualities necessary to be chosen to be gifted with powers unlike any other. Powers which it is know our duty to use to defend the world from evil.
Who am I? Well, that doesn’t really matter, this story isn’t just about me after all. This story is about all of us, about all of you. We are all on the same team really, because we were all given the same task, and we were all chosen to find a way to defeat the evil threatening to take over this world once and for all. No matter what it takes.
I am like all of YOU and that’s all that matters for now. So… are you ready? Then welcome aboard! Talk to friends, make connections, read up on what you can to hopefully get you all up to speed on this whole Magi thing, even the stuff that fairy guardian of yours might not have told you about yet!
