“Perfect! Excellent!”
The boy chimed, looking as though Vision had just promised him unlimited access to pizza and sweets. He gave one last rummage through his bag, making sure everything necessary was present. They had time, one glance at his phone told him (the one Stark had given him) and explaining the rules was a must to his new partner in crime.
“Well, basically we’re going to invite an incredibly malevolent force into that building, at exactly midnight. And we’re going to spend the subsequent hours until 3:33am avoiding him, with only a candle to light the way. Or, at least, we’re supposed to. We, however, are going to break the rules…”
The elevator’s ding seemed a bit louder than usual, especially as they stepped out into the empty first floor of the main tower. Outside, even the symphony of crickets seemed muffled as they crossed the yard towards the smaller tower.
“We are going to capture the Midnight Man.”

“..................................” Arms behind his back as he assesses all this new information, and relays everything in a calm manner. Though, he did have every single reason to doubt this sort of game’s objectives. More importantly is the part where it isn’t a game... Turns to look at him after awhile, and once they were finally in the secured room, before deciding to speak quietly. His tone was every bit of concern etched throughout. “I don’t think that may be a wise decision? Summoning an entity, and then trying to capture it?
