“Yeah, it’d probably be best for everyone that I be hidden inside. Since the first dwarf gave me one of them I’d been brainstorming different places I could shove the next flower.” Luci laughed as she walked into the room, sitting in the place Vitani had opened up for her. Even though she knew the whole protection thing was a joke, the idea still resonated with her. She liked the idea of Vi protecting her, it was kinda hot. “Don’t ask how I found it, cause I have no idea, but it’s this flower that looks normal but when it dies it looks like a skull. Now, those are some flowers.” Luci explained while she pulled out her phone to show Vitani a picture.
Vitani snorted, both at Luci’s plan for the next dwarf-given flowers and at the types of flowers that she thought were more interesting. “Girl, you’re gonna scare the shit out of some AKs with a flower like that,” she chuckled, bumping her shoulder against Luci’s and ignoring the ache to wrap her arm around her and pull her close. That was girlfriendy shit, and they weren’t girlfriends, right? They hung out, they fooled around, and on her side, at least, she thought about Luci all the damn time, but this was just a casual thing between friends. Granted, a casual thing that included hanging out on the “most romantic day of the year,” but she sure as shit wasn’t complaining. “I think they’d look good right over there, though. Like deadass faces watching movies with me when you’re too busy shoving dwarf roses up where the sun don’t shine.”
