"Was I sweet once?"
Hello writer at Larian its me jigsaw. In front of you is a pen and a writing pad. You will write a revised set of endings for wyll, add more scenes and unique interactions, and write more origin specific lines that trigger when you play as Wyll. If you cannot do this within four hours- roughly the disparity in scenes between Astarion and Wyll- I will latch this ravenous leech directly onto your eyeball. Not such a big fan of bloodsuckers now, are you?
I don’t want to see a single person complaining about Wyll fans being too whiny about this latest patch. Everyone got new stuff for their romances. Everyone got new content. Except for Wyll. What did Wyll get? His main quest reduced to a side quest with no new content or main quest to replace it or make up for the content disparity. Still no romance dialogue. Bugged kisses. Just once again being completely and totally sidelined by Larian but this time the disparity is more blatant than usual. Because, again, everyone got new content. Theres not like a slowly increasing gap between each companion where Wyll just happens to have the least. The gap between him and Astarion is huge and just becoming bigger. And other companions content is getting closer to Astarion’s and Wyll’s just isn’t. Even the gap between him and Karlach is noticeable. People love to complain about the lack of content Gale gets (I am a gale romancer don’t even think about trying to lecture me on this istg) yet the gap for content between him and Wyll is fucking huge and you can’t even pretend it isn’t. If Gale needs more content then wtf is going on with Wyll? Why are fans and Larian themselves so happy to sideline him? It’s completely fucking ridiculous and no one has a right to tell Wyll fans to shut up or that they’re being too negative or their complaints are invalid
Edit: even though nobody is looking at the original post and just rbs. Part of his main quest was not turned into a side quest. It became a sub quest. Still sounds bad. Aka they reformatted the journal. Larian just does not know how to word things. Still upsetting to me because the content disparity is ridiculous but I did want to clarify for those who have played the latest patch and noticed what Larian actually meant by the “we changed part of Wyll’s quest to a sub quest”
Or: How I felt about that interview.

I don't think we talk about this scene enough. SHE ATE THIS
trying not to talk too much abt the bear s2 but im Really fuckin frustrated that even with everyone demanding that they’re sooo media literate and sooo smart that no one has talked about claire and the way she sparks audience discomfort. like, she feels out of place within the show because CARMY cannot accept that he is getting this good thing—she feels out of place in HIS life. she’s actually crafted to be the ideal girlfriend, with glowy bokeh lighting in a grocery store and beauty shot close ups and a sweet instrumental leitmotif to show to you, an audience member, that she’s too good to be true in carmys eyes. if you’re an audience member, she raises alarm bells in YOUR head because she raises alarm bells in HIS. he literally tells us that—that’s the crux of his final monologue, that he doesn’t believe he can have the life of food and wines best chef and a life of love and human connection. he doesn’t believe he’s deserving of good things because his family has always been so fucked, because nothing he’s ever tried to hold together has held together—except for his cooking. it’s done this way on purpose, to make you feel that anxiety that he feels around this relationship, and to make you question why you feel it too
she is thriving | THE BEAR SEASON TWO
yeah I agree with all that! I do agree that Ozzy needs to finally be honest with Grace but the people making him out to be some manipulative disgusting cheater are doing way too much. It's day 4. I think he genuinely was torn at first and felt like he had to try and make it work with Grace but obviously that is done now. I have no idea where the writing will take him from here but to compare him to Noah or Finn at this point is a huge exaggeration imo. The characters and routes so far are very different.
Bestie yes!!! also the Noah and Finn comparisons imply he was being shady and doing things behind our / Grace's back which we already know he hasn't been. atp both Noah and Finn had already boned Hope and Kat!! Ozzy isnt doing anything with Grace or MC for that matter (outside of kissing in challenges) if he was really being shady he'd be doing the most rn and he isnt. I think people need to chill with the hate overall. if you dont like the route dont do it and keep it moving!!

Remember all the NSWF kisses of s5? I might know the reason of bad writing.
I read the article yesterday that proves that Fusebox uses Ai to write for them.
https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20230119005133/en/Introducing-the-Scenario-GenAI-Engine-Style-Consistent-Game-Art-Defined-by-Developers-and-Artists-Enabled-by-AI
Look who is talking:
It explains the themed scripted seasons too. It is easy for Ai to create the scenario if there is a theme.
I asked Character Ai to make a scenario based on the themes “Ex in the villa” and “Double Trouble” and it basically described s5 and s6 🤷🏻♀️
Plus Ai uses all the clichés during romantic scenes and describes it very dry. This kiss could be in s5 for sure 🤣
I feel like during s5 Ai was not trained well yet but in s6 it got a better language model.
So our wishes for better seasons depend on how well their Ai is trained now. And the rumors of corporates feeding our fanfics from Ao3 to Ai make so much sense now too
i have a lot of thoughts but it’s too early over here for that. i’m not surprised and now knowing this, i wonder if we should collectively decide to put our money into something else. there’s no way i can enjoy this season knowing there’s a strong likelihood it was written by ai

My unpopular opinion: Hope is the best bestie in S2.
In all of her interactions, she’s sweet and she’s supportive. She doesn’t make conversations about her (cough Lottie) and she genuinely likes MC. I’ve always had Chelsea here (and correct me if I’m wrong) and she doesn’t say anything like this when Jo/Elisa take your LI on a date. But even if she did, Hope is the only bestie who is consistent in her support, talking only about MCs problem and never about her own (i.e., when Priya steals MCs LI, when MCs LI goes on a date with Jo/Elisa).
TLDR; Hope was an amazing bestie and she deserved to be a best person option in The Wedding if you were not marrying Noah. My mind cannot be changed 😭

The LGBTQ community has seen controversy regarding acceptance of different groups (bisexual and transgender individuals have sometimes been marginalized by the larger community), but the term LGBT has been a positive symbol of inclusion and reflects the embrace of different identities and that we’re stronger together and need each other. While there are differences, we all face many of the same challenges from broader society.
In the 1960′s, in wider society the meaning of the word gay transitioned from ‘happy’ or ‘carefree’ to predominantly mean ‘homosexual’ and was an umbrella term that meant anyone who wasn’t cisgender or heterosexual. The community embraced the word ‘gay’ as a mark of pride.
The modern fight for queer rights is considered to have begun with The Stonewall Riots in 1969 and was called the Gay Liberation Movement and the Gay Rights Movement.
The acronym GLB surfaced around this time to also include Lesbian and Bisexual people who felt “gay” wasn’t inclusive of their identities.
Early in the gay rights movement, gay men were largely the ones running the show and there was a focus on men’s issues. Lesbians were unhappy that gay men dominated the leadership and ignored their needs and the feminist fight. As a result, lesbians tended to focus their attention on the Women’s Rights Movement which was happening at the same time. This dominance by gay men was seen as yet one more example of patriarchy and sexism.
In the 1970′s, sexism and homophobia existed in more virulent forms and those biases against lesbians also made it hard for them to find their voices within women’s liberation movements. Betty Friedman, the founder of the National Organization for Women (NOW), commented that lesbians were a “lavender menace” that threatened the political efficacy of the organization and of feminism and many women felt including lesbians was a detriment.
In the 80s and 90s, a huge portion of gay men were suffering from AIDS while the lesbian community was largely unaffected. Lesbians helped gay men with medical care and were a massive part of the activism surrounding the gay community and AIDS. This willingness to support gay men in their time of need sparked a closer, more supportive relationship between both groups, and the gay community became more receptive to feminist ideals and goals.
Approaching the 1990′s it was clear that GLB referred to sexual identity and wasn’t inclusive of gender identity and T should be added, especially since trans activist have long been at the forefront of the community’s fight for rights and acceptance, from Stonewall onward. Some argued that T should not be added, but many gay, lesbian and bisexual people pointed out that they also transgress established gender norms and therefore the GLB acronym should include gender identities and they pushed to include T in the acronym.
GLBT became LGBT as a way to honor the tremendous work the lesbian community did during the AIDS crisis.
Towards the end of the 1990s and into the 2000s, movements took place to add additional letters to the acronym to recognize Intersex, Asexual, Aromantic, Agender, and others. As the acronym grew to LGBTIQ, LGBTQIA, LGBTQIAA, many complained this was becoming unwieldy and started using a ‘+’ to show LGBT aren’t the only identities in the community and this became more common, whether as LGBT+ or LGBTQ+.
In the 2010′s, the process of reclaiming the word “queer” that began in the 1980′s was largely accomplished. In the 2020′s the LGBTQ+ acronym is used less often as Queer is becoming the more common term to represent the community.
