So I’ve been playing around with an OZ au mostly for designing fun. Here’s the designs done so far and a few doodles.

Summary:

Pidge has been Lance’s best friend since their first day of kindergarten when he sat on the bench with her at recess because he thought she looked lonely. Now it’s their senior year of high school and she’s been crushing on him hard since middle school, but now he’s dating their mutual friend Allura and it’s made him not be himself. After all these years, will Pidge be able to tell him how she feels? Will Lance finally figure out he belongs with Pidge?

Okay, my thoughts… I wasn’t told it was inspired by Tailor Swift song, but later when I read the notes I based my art off of. I was like… HEY, THERE WAS THIS SONG YOU USED TO LISTEN WHEN YOU WERE LOVESICK… Ha… ha… ha… And I haven’t listened to it since 2013 I think and then I listened again and got this overwhelmed nostalgia and went with such colors that later my eyes went dry. Also, childhood friends used to be my fav trope so I wanted to get the best I could do for this fanfic adding the fact I was the pinch hitter.

ANYWAAAY…. HIGHSCHOOL PROM IS MY FAV… bc I based the background of Stranger Things’ Snow Dance from s2 finale! 

OKAY, Just one moment - finished ST - I can die for Robin and Steve and Max and freaking everyone! AND ALEXEI DESERVED BETTER.

Summary:

With one year left on her doctorate, Pidge needs to focus on finishing the last chapter of her thesis, staying sane, and looking for a career in applied Artificial Intelligence. What she doesn’t need are new friends, a new hobby, or to fall in love with her aerial acrobatics instructor. Pidge will have to learn to balance the tension between her heart and head or everything she’s worked for might be up in the air.

Pikelavar week has come to an end and I had fun, but made just 3 artworks: technically 1 illustration, 1 comic strip and this sketch here…

Well, Plance Mini Bang for me is coming on 25th, 27th, and 28th! 

Yup, I have no better excuse than I get anxious thinking about it and I just come back to the artworks and correct them and message my art palls for the corrections, but even if they say it’s okay, I know it is not… I hate this state. Plus the animatic, which will have to be delayed, bc of my health issues. 

Aaa… This is the prompt stealing (jewel/each others heart) … stealing a kiss before the quest is their tradition.
