Important info!
@theskimm: Within hours of President Donald Trump’s inauguration, the federal government’s official website on navigating reproductive rights after Roe v. Wade was overturned appeared to go offline. The site, reproductiverights.gov, was launched in 2022 to provide information on access to abortion, reproductive health care, and your rights in a world without Roe. So whether the site is down temporarily or gone for good, it’s still important to know which reproductive health care services remain protected by law.
Important note: This is the most up-to-date information as of Jan 21. Several of these rights may be subject to change if the Affordable Care Act is weakened. There is also a chance that states or the current administration could repeal abortion exceptions that prevent the death of the pregnant person.
