Here is my first build being published after a couple of years of absence: A house inspired by traditionnal southern France architecture and more specifically houses called "Mas Provençal" which you can find in the beautiful region of Provence.

The house was thought to be used as a family house or rental home in Tartosa and includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, and of course a beautiful swimming pool and outdoor dining area.

Welcome to Brindleton Bay Luxury Hotel and Spa where all the sims looking for relaxation and high quality body care are now invited. Brindleton Bay Spa specializes in Thalassotherapy and offers personalized saline water treatments with sea water comming directly from the Bay.

Our different Body-Care & Relaxation programms include: various massages for the whole body, yoga classes and thermal baths aswell as unlimited access to the saunas, swimming pools, the gym, and the jacuzzi.

Sulani Marine Biology Lab:

A while ago, I decided to create a lab to go along with the conservationist career from the Island Living expansion pack. And finally here it is. Being a biologist myself, I had a lot of fun building this and made it as accurate as possible. I hope you’ll have as much fun playing with it as I had building it!!

Run Down Desert House:

A little house that I created for a small sim family living in the Bedrockstrait neighbourhood in Oasis Springs. I used the same kind of style as for my “run-down garage and bar”, so both buildings would go well together in the same area.

Foxbury Institute Dorms Renovation - No CC

I’m not the best at building modern things but I still wanted to give a try to the foxbury institute dorms. I took inspiration from the dorms we have in european universities. Hope you’ll like it 😊

8 single rooms, each with their own tiny bathroom (4 rooms are decorated, 4 aren’t, so you can decorate them the way it pleases you or your sim)

2 studios with their own bathroom and kitchenette (1 of the 2 studios is decorated, the other one isn’t)

The Skat Kat Jazz Club:

I created this Jazz Club to replace the old Blue Velvet in Willow Creek. The jazz club is located in the basement of the build while the upper floors are used for a Music&Dance school aswell as a chess club (located in an other part of the build, isolated from the rest). The exterior of the build is inspired by New Orleans architecture which I love.

Run-Down Garage & Bar:

I just uploaded this lot that I created for Oasis Spring: a filthy and run-down garage/gas station, but also bar and teeny tiny motel (2 rooms, but that’s a very tiny motel ok...) inspired by The United-States south west architecture and ambiance.

Paris, 1920:

In 1920, a young parisian woman was living in an apartment near Pigalle where she used to work everynight as a cabaret dancer. During her free times she would sometimes invite her friends to her cosy little place to have some fun together. Most of the time, they would do little seances using an old crystal ball the dancer received from her grandmother. Until one day one of her friend tragically lost her mind after that one of their seance went wrong. No one ever knew what truly happend that night but after that event, the dancer left her apartment to never return. 

Enjoy this renovation of the 17 Culpepper house inspired by the early 20th century aesthetic.

The Witch’s cottage:

A legend says that during the 16th century a witch found refuge deep in the woods to escape the ongoing witch hunt in her village. She was never seen again but some say that she was actually immortal and still lives nowadays in her cottage, well hidden in the forest.

As Halloween is coming soon, I really wanted to create a new witchy build and imagined a solitary witch living alone with her cat in her little cottage in the middle of the forest.

Welcome back to the 70′s with this retro renovation of the 930 Medina Studios. This apartment was furnished for a family of 4 and their dog (or cat, as you wish). The decoration isn’t technically meant to be pretty but to fit the theme of the 60′s-70′s decades 😉

Oceanis-Aquatic Center:

A little pool complex for your sims to enjoy, now that summer is almost over and it is getting a bit cold to go to the beach (except for the lucky ones living in Sulani). The complex includes an olympic pool, a leisure pool and a kiddy pool as well as a sun deck on the roof, with hot tubs and lounge chairs.

Attention: The kiddy pool is not usable !! This is just a decorated fountain.
