I've worked in a product based company for about a year and get to work with some great tools. This concept has come to my mind several times.

Idea To make any design sprint short and simple.

UX My approach is for the solution for this product is that we can get into a single day work and can review if we can add one or two more designer/developer to finish the most important module among them.

UI As there are multiple products like this but as a concept, I made this as simple as possible. The main thing here is you can go on any date, week and take a zoomed view.

<strong> Problem 1:</strong> As an android user I always found that the navigation which is on the top side of the phone is very difficult to use. <strong> Problem 2: </strong> The second problem is that we need to keep changing our thumb for the interaction from the top to bottom as you can see in your current app.

<strong> Solution:</strong> The Solution is that for this app I changed the Navigation to the bottom side of the phone which makes it a lot useful than the current one. Also, I've changed the add interaction also to the center of the navigation.
